【摘要】：本文以2015年云南、貴州和陜西三省六縣的1259戶農(nóng)民為研究對象,采用傾向得分匹配法(PSM),評估了貧困縣農(nóng)戶培訓(xùn)的收入效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明,農(nóng)戶培訓(xùn)對農(nóng)民收入具有顯著性的正向影響。培訓(xùn)使云南、貴州和陜西三省六縣的農(nóng)民家庭總收入平均提高了21.75%;另外發(fā)現(xiàn),勞動力平均受教育年限長、家庭土地數(shù)量多、家庭生產(chǎn)資產(chǎn)多、加入合作社、家中有村干部、家中有女性參與村里會議活動、家庭宗教支出多七個因素,均提高了農(nóng)民參與培訓(xùn)的意愿,而家庭人員數(shù)量多和到市場的距離遠兩個因素,會降低農(nóng)民參與培訓(xùn)的意愿�；谏鲜鼋Y(jié)論,本文提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In 2015, 1259 farmers in Yunnan, Guizhou and Shaanxi provinces and six counties were selected as the research objects. The income effect of farmer training in poor counties was evaluated by using the tendency score matching method. The training of farmers has a significant positive impact on farmers' income. The training has increased the total income of farmers in Yunnan, Guizhou and Shaanxi provinces and six counties on average by 21.75. In addition, it has been found that the average number of years of education of the labor force is long and the amount of family land is large. Family production assets, joining cooperatives, village cadres in the family, women in the family participating in village meetings and seven factors of family religious expenditure have all increased farmers' willingness to participate in training. However, the large number of family members and the distance from the market will reduce the willingness of farmers to participate in training. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some relevant policy recommendations.
