【摘要】：教育的成功不依賴學(xué)校單方面的因素,尤其是對(duì)于幼兒,家庭教育更是一個(gè)很重要的方面。而在家庭教育中,母親扮演著尤為重要的角色。社會(huì)角色理論認(rèn)為,角色觀念決定角色行為,角色扮演的成功與否,主要取決于承擔(dān)角色者對(duì)角色的領(lǐng)悟和自我認(rèn)同。因此,女性對(duì)母親角色的認(rèn)知應(yīng)當(dāng)是決定家庭教育質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵因素之一。但是在我國(guó)社會(huì)中,隨著女性更多地參與社會(huì)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)生活,并作為主要?jiǎng)趧?dòng)力涉入勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng),女性對(duì)自我價(jià)值的評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)母親角色的理解發(fā)生了很大的變化。尤其是在北京這樣的大都市,母親的角色和職場(chǎng)的角色常常相互沖突。在新的環(huán)境中,調(diào)查、了解處于復(fù)雜情境中母親的角色認(rèn)同和角色認(rèn)知,有助于深化女性研究,更有助于提高家庭教育的質(zhì)量。本文以北京地區(qū)為例,針對(duì)幼兒母親角色扮演進(jìn)行研究,通過(guò)大量的訪談,在翔實(shí)的資料支撐下,介紹了母親角色的矛盾與超越。了解在大城市中,處于職場(chǎng)和家庭雙重約束之下的女性對(duì)母親角色的領(lǐng)悟和認(rèn)同。更重要的是,幫助人們了解在都市叢林中,以家庭為單位的封閉環(huán)境中,以母親為導(dǎo)演,悄悄進(jìn)行的教育改革。
[Abstract]:The success of education does not depend on school unilateral factors, especially for young children, family education is a very important aspect. In family education, mother plays a particularly important role. The role concept determines the role behavior, and the success of the role play mainly depends on the understanding and self-identification of the role. Women's cognition of mother's role should be one of the key factors to decide the quality of family education, but in our society, with the more participation of women in social political and economic life. And as the main labor force involved in the labor market, women's self-worth evaluation criteria, the role of mothers have changed a lot, especially in the metropolis such as Beijing. The roles of mothers often conflict with those of the workplace. In the new environment, investigation and understanding of the roles of mothers in complex situations will help to deepen the study of women. More helpful to improve the quality of family education. This paper takes Beijing as an example to study the role playing of infant mothers through a large number of interviews under the support of informative data. It introduces the contradiction and transcendence of the mother's role, and understands the understanding and recognition of the mother's role by the women in the big city, under the double constraints of the workplace and family. More importantly, it helps people to understand in the urban jungle. In the closed environment with family as the unit, take the mother as the director, carries on the education reform quietly.
