初中生寬容品質(zhì)缺失問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:初中階段是學(xué)生的個(gè)性、習(xí)慣和價(jià)值觀形成的重要時(shí)期,也是一個(gè)重要的道德品質(zhì)的培育期。由于生理和心理的變化和來(lái)自各方的壓力,初中生的情緒呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜性、不穩(wěn)定性,在人際交往方面經(jīng)常表現(xiàn)出寬容品質(zhì)的缺失。初中生寬容品質(zhì)缺失表現(xiàn)在對(duì)待同伴合作與責(zé)任意識(shí)相對(duì)缺少,對(duì)待家庭成員換位思考意識(shí)薄弱,對(duì)待師長(zhǎng)缺乏對(duì)工作的理解與體諒,對(duì)待文化差異容易偏激,對(duì)待網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化缺乏審慎思考。為什么會(huì)出現(xiàn)這些現(xiàn)象呢?首先,中學(xué)生青春期自我調(diào)適過(guò)程具有復(fù)雜性,需要正確關(guān)注和引導(dǎo),傳統(tǒng)家庭教育方式在寬容品質(zhì)的培育方面缺乏相應(yīng)的關(guān)注;其次,近些年來(lái)學(xué)校教育方式和內(nèi)容偏向功利化;再次,轉(zhuǎn)型期復(fù)雜浮躁的社會(huì)環(huán)境對(duì)初中造成不良影響;最后家庭、學(xué)校與社會(huì)教育銜接不緊密,導(dǎo)致對(duì)初中生的成長(zhǎng)狀態(tài)無(wú)法全面了解和及時(shí)引導(dǎo)。那么如何來(lái)增強(qiáng)初中生寬容品質(zhì)呢?第一,要充分認(rèn)識(shí)初中生寬容品質(zhì)教育的重要性,這是至關(guān)重要的一步;第二,要積極發(fā)揮初中思想品德課的主渠道作用,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)科優(yōu)勢(shì),培養(yǎng)中學(xué)生的道德情感和意識(shí),努力踐行道德行為;第三,良好的師生關(guān)系和校園文化有利于學(xué)生成長(zhǎng),因而要構(gòu)建協(xié)調(diào)融洽的師生關(guān)系和校園文化;第四,要形成教育“一體化”,家庭、學(xué)校與社會(huì)共同努力培育初中生的寬容品質(zhì),不僅要加強(qiáng)家庭和學(xué)校溝通配合,還要營(yíng)造校園社會(huì)內(nèi)外聯(lián)動(dòng)的育人環(huán)境。因而,寬容品質(zhì)的培育需要家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)的緊密配合,這樣才能培養(yǎng)學(xué)生寬容友善的品質(zhì),促進(jìn)中學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:The junior middle school stage is an important period for the formation of students' personality, habits and values, as well as an important period for the cultivation of moral quality. Due to the changes of physiology and psychology and the pressure from all sides, the emotion of junior high school students presents complexity and instability, and often shows the lack of tolerance in interpersonal communication. The lack of tolerance of junior high school students is manifested in the relative lack of peer cooperation and responsibility consciousness, the weak sense of thinking about the transplacement of family members, the lack of understanding and understanding towards teachers and teachers, and the extreme treatment of cultural differences. Lack of careful thinking about network culture. Why do these phenomena occur? First of all, the self-adjustment process of middle school students is complicated and needs correct attention and guidance. The traditional family education lacks the corresponding attention in the cultivation of tolerance quality. In recent years, the way and content of school education have been biased towards utilitarianism; thirdly, the complex and impetuous social environment in the transitional period has had a negative impact on junior high school. Finally, at home, school and social education are not closely linked. As a result, the growth of junior high school students can not be fully understood and timely guidance. So how to enhance the tolerance of junior high school students? First, to fully understand the importance of tolerance quality education among junior high school students, which is a crucial step; second, to actively play the role of the main channel of ideological and moral education in junior high school, to give full play to the advantages of the subject, and to cultivate the moral feelings and consciousness of the middle school students. Third, a good teacher-student relationship and campus culture are conducive to the growth of students, so we should build a harmonious teacher-student relationship and campus culture; fourth, to form an "integration" of education, families, School and society work together to cultivate the tolerance of junior high school students, not only to strengthen family and school communication and cooperation, but also to create a campus social interaction within and outside the education environment. Therefore, the cultivation of tolerance quality needs the close cooperation of family, school and society, so as to cultivate the tolerance and friendly quality of students and promote the healthy growth of middle school students.
