“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”對(duì)江西省中學(xué)體育教師繼續(xù)教育的啟示研究

【摘要】:為了更好的了解江西省中學(xué)緊缺薄弱學(xué)科教師培訓(xùn)等示范性項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施效果,督促江西省“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃長(zhǎng)期有效地持續(xù)下去,緊密?chē)@素質(zhì)教育和實(shí)施新的課程改革,從中學(xué)體育教師在實(shí)際教學(xué)工作出發(fā),了解培訓(xùn)過(guò)程中的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,滿足教師提出的教學(xué)需求,旨在促進(jìn)中學(xué)體育教師專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)能力的發(fā)展和教育教學(xué)水平的提高,推動(dòng)江西省中學(xué)體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯歸納等方法對(duì)江西省中學(xué)體育教師通過(guò)“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”項(xiàng)目的繼續(xù)教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)際調(diào)查,研究表明:體育教師對(duì)繼續(xù)教育的認(rèn)識(shí)不足;體育教師男女比例的嚴(yán)重失調(diào)造成女性體育教師的嚴(yán)重缺乏,不利于學(xué)科的良性發(fā)展;一些體育教師非體育專(zhuān)業(yè)出身,專(zhuān)業(yè)技能不扎實(shí),同時(shí)缺乏新生的體育教師力量;領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不鼓勵(lì)教師脫產(chǎn)或半脫產(chǎn)進(jìn)修,認(rèn)為這樣會(huì)影響正常教學(xué)秩序,甚至人才的流失;體育教師的內(nèi)在需求和技能提升不是真正的內(nèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)力,而是職稱(chēng)與晉升成了關(guān)注的頭條噱頭;工學(xué)矛盾和時(shí)間精力不足是影響教師參與繼續(xù)教育的最大客觀障礙;授課教師在教學(xué)內(nèi)容和水平、方法上受到培訓(xùn)老師的質(zhì)疑。這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重制約著江西省中學(xué)體育教師繼續(xù)教育工作的進(jìn)展。由此,本文結(jié)合實(shí)際情況提出以下發(fā)展對(duì)策:逐漸縮小體育教師的性別差距,讓男女體育教師的比例盡量至少保持在3:7或4:6的比率,在年齡結(jié)構(gòu)上也適當(dāng)重視中青年、有志者的的體育教師培訓(xùn)工作;工學(xué)矛盾應(yīng)當(dāng)將行政干預(yù)加入到教師繼續(xù)教育培訓(xùn)過(guò)程當(dāng)中,除了基本工資以外還給予一些生活和學(xué)習(xí)、親人差旅補(bǔ)助等費(fèi)用,可以讓教師不脫產(chǎn)放心地學(xué)習(xí);采用強(qiáng)行的規(guī)定和軟性的激勵(lì),獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)優(yōu)秀的教師進(jìn)行培訓(xùn),待遇優(yōu)厚,取消教師的終身制度,五年一次考核,實(shí)行教師聘用制;加強(qiáng)授課教師的業(yè)務(wù)水平,保證教師繼續(xù)教學(xué)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,切實(shí)做好我省中學(xué)體育教師繼續(xù)教育的工作,讓“國(guó)培計(jì)劃”中的培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目在教師培訓(xùn)形式中做的更加堅(jiān)定和有特色。
[Abstract]:In order to better understand the effect of demonstration projects such as the shortage of weak subject teachers training in middle schools in Jiangxi Province, we urge Jiangxi Province's "National training Program" to continue effectively for a long time, and closely focus on quality education and the implementation of new curriculum reforms. Starting from the practical teaching work of middle school physical education teachers, we should understand the practical problems in the course of training and meet the teaching demands put forward by the teachers, in order to promote the development of the professional and technical ability of the middle school PE teachers and the improvement of the level of education and teaching. Promote the development of middle school sports in Jiangxi Province. In this paper, the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic induction are used to investigate the current situation of the continuing education of middle school PE teachers in Jiangxi province through the "national plan". The study shows that PE teachers have insufficient understanding of continuing education, that the serious imbalance between male and female PE teachers leads to a serious shortage of female PE teachers, which is not conducive to the healthy development of disciplines, and that some PE teachers come from non-physical education majors. The professional skills are not solid, and the new PE teachers are lack of strength, and the leaders do not encourage teachers to go out of work or semi-free to pursue further education, which will affect the normal teaching order and even the brain drain. Physical education teachers' internal needs and skills upgrading are not the real internal driving force, but the title and promotion has become the headline gimmicks, the contradiction of work and study and insufficient time and energy are the biggest objective obstacles that affect teachers' participation in continuing education. Teachers in the teaching content and level, methods by the training teachers questioned. These problems seriously restrict the progress of the continuing education of middle school PE teachers in Jiangxi Province. Therefore, according to the actual situation, this paper puts forward the following development countermeasures: gradually narrowing the gender gap of PE teachers, keeping the ratio of male and female PE teachers at least 3:7 or 4:6 as far as possible, and paying due attention to the young and middle-aged in the age structure, The training work of sports teachers for those with aspirations; the contradiction between work and learning should include administrative intervention in the process of teachers' continuing education and training. In addition to the basic salary, they should also give some expenses such as living and study, subsidies for relatives' travel, and so on. We can make teachers study with confidence, reward excellent teachers for training, pay well, abolish the lifelong system of teachers, check every five years, and carry out the teacher employment system by using mandatory regulations and soft incentives. Strengthen the professional level of teaching teachers, ensure the teaching quality of teachers' continuing teaching, and do a good job in the continuing education of middle school PE teachers in our province. Make the training programs in the National training Program more firm and distinctive in the form of teacher training.
