【摘要】：目前，，低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)已成為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的潮流和趨勢(shì)。低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展必將迎來“新的工業(yè)革命”。面對(duì)美好的前景和巨大的商機(jī)，吸收新技術(shù)、打造低碳核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力成為中國企業(yè)當(dāng)前的首要任務(wù)。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者在發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)方面基本取得了一個(gè)共識(shí)，就是減少排放的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵途徑就是開發(fā)和使用低碳技術(shù)。因此，實(shí)現(xiàn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)鍵在于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，企業(yè)搶占低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)商機(jī)贏得發(fā)展關(guān)鍵也在于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新。為了使企業(yè)認(rèn)識(shí)到發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的緊迫性，鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行低碳技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)境效益的雙贏，文章選取了具有代表性的低碳企業(yè)——低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)板塊的上市公司來分析技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)績效的影響，期望為企業(yè)發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)找到動(dòng)力和依據(jù)。 本文首先在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，建立了針對(duì)低碳企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)績效指標(biāo)體系，選取了具有代表性的財(cái)務(wù)績效指標(biāo)和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新指標(biāo)，并從五方面提出了研究假設(shè)，然后根據(jù)指標(biāo)的類型分別建立了修正的柯布-道格拉斯（Cobb-Douglas）生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型和多元線性回歸模型兩種數(shù)理模型，最后以低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)板塊上市的44家上市公司為研究對(duì)象，選取各公司2006年——2010年的面板數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用SPSS17.0和EXCEL2003，將財(cái)務(wù)績效指標(biāo)視為因變量，技術(shù)創(chuàng)新指標(biāo)視為自變量，進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析，以探求企業(yè)進(jìn)行低碳技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)財(cái)務(wù)績效的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：短期內(nèi)，研發(fā)費(fèi)用投入僅對(duì)盈利能力和償債能力有影響。RD人員投入對(duì)當(dāng)期財(cái)務(wù)績效各方面均不存在影響，但是對(duì)以后的財(cái)務(wù)績效有促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the low-carbon economy has become the trend and trend of the global economy. The development of low-carbon economy will usher in a new industrial revolution. In the face of bright prospects and huge business opportunities, absorbing new technologies and building low-carbon core competitiveness has become the top priority of Chinese enterprises. Scholars at home and abroad have basically reached a consensus on the development of low-carbon economy, that is, a key way to reduce emissions is to develop and use low-carbon technologies. Therefore, the key to realize low-carbon economy lies in technological innovation, and the key for enterprises to seize the business opportunities of low-carbon economy and win development lies in technological innovation. In order to make enterprises aware of the urgency of developing a low-carbon economy and to encourage enterprises to innovate in low-carbon technologies to achieve win-win economic and environmental benefits, This paper selects the representative low-carbon enterprise, the listed company of low carbon economy, to analyze the influence of technological innovation on the financial performance of the enterprise, hoping to find the motive force and basis for the enterprise to develop the low-carbon economy. Firstly, based on the literature research, this paper establishes the financial performance index system for low-carbon enterprises, selects representative financial performance indicators and technological innovation indicators, and puts forward the research hypotheses from five aspects. Then, according to the type of indicators, two kinds of mathematical models, modified Cobb-Douglas production function model and multivariate linear regression model, are established respectively. Finally, 44 listed companies listed in low-carbon economy are taken as the research objects. The panel data of every company from 2006 to 2010 are selected, and the financial performance index is regarded as dependent variable by SPSS17.0 and EXCEL2003, and the technology innovation index is regarded as independent variable, and the relevant analysis is carried out. In order to explore the impact of low carbon technology innovation on financial performance. It is found that in the short term, R & D expenditure only has an impact on profitability and solvency. RD personnel investment has no effect on current financial performance, but it can promote financial performance in the future.
