【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長(zhǎng)與個(gè)人投資理財(cái)需求的持續(xù)旺盛,國(guó)內(nèi)的私募基金業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,已成為我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的重要力量。但私募基金業(yè)長(zhǎng)期處在灰色地帶,私募基金管理公司如何通過(guò)陽(yáng)光化路徑發(fā)展壯大已成為私募基金行業(yè)面臨的首要問(wèn)題。 本文就是在此背景下針對(duì)ALD私募基金管理公司的有限合伙私募基金項(xiàng)目制定的商業(yè)計(jì)劃書。所用的研究方法主要是定量分析、比較分析與實(shí)證研究。 本文首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹了ALD公司概況、有限合伙私募基金項(xiàng)目概況及項(xiàng)目意義。其次,本文對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了市場(chǎng)分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上制定了項(xiàng)目的營(yíng)銷方案。在對(duì)行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)進(jìn)行波特五力分析及對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行SWOT分析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用STP理論對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了市場(chǎng)定位。并在對(duì)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了充分調(diào)查后,運(yùn)用4P理論詳細(xì)制定了項(xiàng)目的產(chǎn)品策略、定價(jià)策略、渠道策略及促銷策略。 另外,本文詳細(xì)闡述了項(xiàng)目的具體實(shí)施部署。對(duì)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作的關(guān)鍵方面包括薪酬制度、內(nèi)部風(fēng)控制度、以馬科維茨投資組合理論為指導(dǎo)的項(xiàng)目投資策略及基金信息披露制度等作了詳細(xì)規(guī)劃。最后,本文對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了財(cái)務(wù)規(guī)劃與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。對(duì)項(xiàng)目總投資成本進(jìn)行估算基礎(chǔ)上,確定了項(xiàng)目的籌資計(jì)劃,并作了盈利預(yù)測(cè)。同時(shí),通過(guò)重要財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)包括凈現(xiàn)值(NPV)、內(nèi)部收益率(IRR)、投資回收期(PBP)及投資收益率(ROI)的測(cè)算,證明了項(xiàng)目具有經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性,較短的回收期及較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。本文還針對(duì)項(xiàng)目面臨的法律、政策與市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案。 本文的結(jié)論是：私募基金行業(yè)前景廣闊,ALD公司的有限合伙私募基金項(xiàng)目具有經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性及較高的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。不僅對(duì)ALD公司自身實(shí)現(xiàn)陽(yáng)光化發(fā)展具有重要的實(shí)踐意義,同時(shí)對(duì)私募基金行業(yè)其他企業(yè)的陽(yáng)光化發(fā)展壯大也具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of our national economy and the continuous exuberant demand for personal investment and financial management, the domestic private equity fund industry is booming and has become an important force in the capital market of our country. However, private equity fund industry has been in a gray area for a long time, so how to develop and strengthen private equity fund management companies through the way of sunshine has become the primary problem facing the private equity fund industry. In this context, this paper is a business plan for ALD private fund management company's limited partnership private fund project. The main research methods used are quantitative analysis, comparative analysis and empirical research. This paper firstly introduces the general situation of ALD company, the project of limited partnership private equity fund and the significance of the project. Secondly, this article carries on the market analysis to the project, and on this basis has formulated the project marketing plan. On the basis of the analysis of the five forces of industry competition and the SWOT analysis of the project, the market orientation of the project is carried out by using the STP theory. After a thorough investigation of the market, the product strategy, pricing strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy of the project are formulated by using 4P theory. In addition, this article elaborated the concrete implementation deployment of the project. The key aspects of project operation include salary system, internal wind control degree, project investment strategy guided by Markowitz portfolio theory and fund information disclosure system. Finally, this article carries on the financial planning and the risk analysis to the project. On the basis of estimating the total investment cost of the project, the financing plan of the project is determined and the profit forecast is made. At the same time, the important financial indexes including net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), investment payback period (PBP) and investment return rate (ROI) are calculated. It is proved that the project has economic feasibility, shorter payback period and higher economic benefit. This paper also puts forward the corresponding solutions to the laws, policies and market risks faced by the project. The conclusion of this paper is that the limited partnership private fund project of ALD company has economic feasibility and high economic benefit. It not only has important practical significance for ALD company to realize sunshine development, but also has certain reference significance for other private equity fund industry.
