【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和知識(shí)的全球化,知識(shí)與經(jīng)濟(jì)之間相互滲透的力度越來(lái)越強(qiáng)勁,促使全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)生了根本的變化。由于知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展使企業(yè)由依靠土地、勞動(dòng)力、資本等資源逐步向依靠知識(shí)資源過(guò)渡,企業(yè)績(jī)效的提高比以往任何時(shí)候都更加依賴于知識(shí)的生產(chǎn)、擴(kuò)散、創(chuàng)新和應(yīng)用。創(chuàng)造知識(shí)、應(yīng)用知識(shí)的能力與效率,或?qū)⒊蔀樘岣咂髽I(yè)績(jī)效的法寶。有效的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)是提高企業(yè)績(jī)效的重要保障,F(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)雖然認(rèn)為知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)可以提高企業(yè)績(jī)效,但是對(duì)如何進(jìn)行知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)來(lái)提高企業(yè)績(jī)效的討論還比較少。因此,本研究試圖在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)之上,以創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,從綜合系統(tǒng)學(xué)科的角度,通過(guò)實(shí)證分析的方法分析知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的影響因素、知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的主體、企業(yè)績(jī)效三者之間的關(guān)系,進(jìn)而探討他們之間相互作用的機(jī)制。 本研究基于外部環(huán)境變化速度加快和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)代背景,在文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法收集數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)研究設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)建模型,確定假設(shè),設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷,發(fā)放問(wèn)卷抽樣獲得第一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù),采用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)方法和結(jié)構(gòu)方程進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,驗(yàn)證假設(shè)。希望本研究能夠?qū)W(xué)術(shù)界及企業(yè)界提供可以借鑒的啟示和建議,為后續(xù)的深入研究奠定一定的理論基礎(chǔ)和現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)為我國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)如何有效促進(jìn)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)以提升企業(yè)績(jī)效提出一些方法和建議,這是本研究所期望達(dá)到的研究目的。 本研究的研究?jī)?nèi)容主要包括: 第一部分:緒論。簡(jiǎn)單介紹研究背景與研究目的及意義,并簡(jiǎn)述研究方法及研究思路。 第二部分:文獻(xiàn)綜述。系統(tǒng)研究和梳理了知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的概念、內(nèi)容、過(guò)程和影響因素,分析企業(yè)績(jī)效的相關(guān)理論,深刻了解了知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移與企業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)系,為后文的研究提供了理論支撐。 第三部分:知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)模型的構(gòu)建與研究假設(shè)。通過(guò)前文的文獻(xiàn)綜述,在前人學(xué)者的研究之上提出了模型框架,并且經(jīng)過(guò)理論推導(dǎo)提出研究假設(shè),共包含12個(gè)假設(shè)。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)卷,取得了預(yù)調(diào)查的數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目分析,對(duì)問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行修正。 第四部分:抽樣調(diào)查與數(shù)據(jù)分析。針對(duì)北京、上海、成都、深圳四地的創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)的員工發(fā)放問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)收集的數(shù)據(jù),進(jìn)行信度、效度檢驗(yàn),并且運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程進(jìn)行分析,得出研究結(jié)果,對(duì)假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。 第五部分:研究結(jié)論與相關(guān)建議。根據(jù)本研究的研究結(jié)論,結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)提出相應(yīng)的政策建議。同時(shí),分析未來(lái)研究的方向以及存在的不足。 本研究屬于實(shí)證研究,通過(guò)相應(yīng)研究及具體的數(shù)據(jù)分析處理,得出了以下的幾個(gè)結(jié)論: 1.激勵(lì)機(jī)制對(duì)個(gè)體、部門之間知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)存在顯著正面的影響。創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)通過(guò)完善獎(jiǎng)懲制度、運(yùn)用物質(zhì)激勵(lì)、改善工作環(huán)境等方法來(lái)激勵(lì)員工,以此來(lái)提高個(gè)體進(jìn)行知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的積極性和主動(dòng)性,加強(qiáng)部門之間的交流與合作。 2.激勵(lì)機(jī)制對(duì)企業(yè)之間的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)沒(méi)有顯著正面的影響。這種情況,一方面反映了企業(yè)間知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的困難,企業(yè)要想整合和吸收其他企業(yè)的知識(shí)難度非常大。另一方面,說(shuō)明了知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)是一個(gè)需要耗費(fèi)人力、物力、財(cái)力活動(dòng)的過(guò)程,如果其中任何一個(gè)方面投入不足,都會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的效果。 3.企業(yè)文化對(duì)個(gè)體、部門和企業(yè)之間的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)存在顯著正面的影響。優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化可以為知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)提供良好的氛圍,有助于提高知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的成效。創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)通過(guò)提高組織的價(jià)值認(rèn)同、加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作、增進(jìn)相互信任等方法來(lái)培養(yǎng)企業(yè)文化。 4.組織結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)個(gè)體、部門和企業(yè)之間的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)存在顯著正面的影響。創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)可以重新調(diào)整組織的層次水平、改善知識(shí)傳遞的路徑,使組織成員在進(jìn)行知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的時(shí)候,保持較高的效率。 5.個(gè)體之間、部門之間和企業(yè)之間的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效存在顯著正面的影響。個(gè)體之間、部門之間和企業(yè)之間的知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)越順暢,知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移的效率越高,企業(yè)績(jī)效表現(xiàn)越好。本文著重分析創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的影響因素,通過(guò)改善這些影響因素,推動(dòng)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)順利有效地進(jìn)行,最終促進(jìn)企業(yè)績(jī)效的提高。 本研究通過(guò)實(shí)證分析的方法,在以下方面形成研究特色,達(dá)到了某種程度的突破與創(chuàng)新: 1.以往學(xué)的研究大多集中在激勵(lì)機(jī)制、企業(yè)文化、組織結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)的影響,本文在以往學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上重點(diǎn)研究了激勵(lì)機(jī)制、組織文化、組織結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)主體的影響,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。 2.研究對(duì)象的創(chuàng)新。在知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)與企業(yè)績(jī)效關(guān)系實(shí)證研究領(lǐng)域,專門以創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象的還比較少。本研究以創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,希望通過(guò)研究能夠?yàn)閯?chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)有效促進(jìn)知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移活動(dòng)以提升企業(yè)績(jī)效提出一些方法建議。
[Abstract]:In the present world, with the economic integration and the globalization of knowledge, the strength of mutual penetration between knowledge and economy is becoming more and more strong, and the global economy has undergone fundamental changes. The rapid development of knowledge economy makes the enterprises transition to knowledge resources by relying on land, labor, capital and other resources by step by step, and the improvement of enterprise performance is improved. At any time, it is more dependent on the production, diffusion, innovation and application of knowledge. The ability and efficiency of knowledge creation and application of knowledge will be a magic weapon to improve enterprise performance. Effective knowledge transfer activity is an important guarantee for improving enterprise performance. There are few discussions on how to carry out the knowledge transfer activities to improve the performance of the enterprise. Therefore, this study tries to take the GEM listed enterprises as the research object on the basis of the predecessors' research, and analyzes the influence factors of the knowledge transfer activity, the main body of knowledge transfer activities, the enterprise of the knowledge transfer activities, and the enterprise from the perspective of the comprehensive system discipline. The relationship between the three performance, and then explore the mechanism of their interaction.
This study is based on the rapid development of the external environment and the background of the knowledge economy. On the basis of literature review, the research adopts the method of questionnaire survey to collect data. Through the research design, the model is built, the hypothesis is determined, the questionnaire is designed, the first hand data is obtained by the questionnaire sampling, and the data are carried out by the mathematical statistics method and the structural equation. It is hoped that this study can provide some inspirations and suggestions for the academia and the business community, and lay a theoretical foundation and practical foundation for further research. At the same time, this paper puts forward some methods and suggestions on how to effectively promote the knowledge transfer activities to promote the performance of the enterprise. The research objectives are expected to be achieved by the Institute.
The main contents of this study include:
The first part: introduction. It briefly introduces the research background and the purpose and significance of the research, and briefly describes the research methods and research ideas.
The second part: literature review. It systematically studies and combs the concept, content, process and influencing factors of knowledge transfer, analyzes the related theories of enterprise performance, and deeply understands the relationship between knowledge transfer and enterprise performance, and provides theoretical support for the later study.
The third part: the construction and research hypothesis of the knowledge transfer activity model. Through the literature review of the previous article, the model framework is put forward on the previous scholars' research, and the research hypothesis is put forward through theoretical deduction, including 12 hypotheses. Through the design questionnaire, the data of the pre survey are obtained, the project analysis is carried out, and the questionnaire is revised.
The fourth part: sampling survey and data analysis. According to the questionnaire of the employees of the GEM listed enterprises in four places in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen, the reliability and validity test are carried out through the data collected, and the structural equation is used to analyze the results, and the hypothesis is verified.
The fifth part: research conclusions and relevant suggestions. According to the conclusions of this study, combined with the current situation in China, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions for the knowledge transfer activities of the GEM listed companies. Meanwhile, it analyzes the direction and the shortcomings of the future research.
This study is an empirical study. Through the corresponding research and specific data analysis and processing, we draw the following conclusions:
1. incentive mechanism has a significant positive impact on the activities of knowledge transfer between individuals and departments. By improving the reward and punishment system, using material incentives and improving the working environment, the enterprise listed enterprises encourage employees to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of individual knowledge transfer activities, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation between departments.
2. incentive mechanism has no significant positive impact on knowledge transfer activities between enterprises. On the one hand, it reflects the difficulty of knowledge transfer among enterprises. It is very difficult for enterprises to integrate and absorb knowledge of other enterprises. On the other hand, knowledge transfer activity is a need to spend human, material and financial activities. Cheng, if any one aspect of investment is insufficient, will seriously affect the effect of knowledge transfer activities.
3. corporate culture has a significant positive impact on knowledge transfer activities between individuals, departments and enterprises. Excellent corporate culture can provide a good atmosphere for knowledge transfer activities and help improve the effectiveness of knowledge transfer activities. The GEM listed enterprises strengthen team cooperation and mutual trust by improving the value identity of the organization. And other ways to cultivate corporate culture.
The 4. organizational structure has a significant positive impact on the knowledge transfer activities between the individual, the Department and the enterprise. The GEM listed companies can adjust the level of the organization and improve the path of knowledge transfer, so that the organization members maintain a high efficiency when they carry out the knowledge transfer.
Among the 5. individuals, knowledge transfer activities between departments and enterprises have a significant positive impact on enterprise performance. Among individuals, the more smooth knowledge transfer activities between departments and enterprises, the higher the efficiency of knowledge transfer and the better performance of enterprise performance. By improving these factors, we can promote knowledge transfer activities smoothly and effectively, and ultimately improve the performance of enterprises.
Through empirical analysis, this study forms a research feature in the following respects, and achieves a certain degree of breakthroughs and innovations.
1. the previous studies mostly focus on the influence of incentive mechanism, enterprise culture and organizational structure on knowledge transfer activities. On the basis of previous scholars' research, this paper focuses on the influence of incentive mechanism, organizational culture and organizational structure on the subject of knowledge transfer activities.
2. the innovation of the research object. In the empirical research field of the relationship between the knowledge transfer activity and the enterprise performance, the research object of the GEM listed enterprises is still relatively few. This research takes the GEM listed enterprises as the research object, and hopes to promote the knowledge transfer activities effectively to improve the enterprise performance through the research. Some suggestions are made.
