【摘要】：企業(yè)債券市場是金融市場的重要組成部分,在美日等市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū),企業(yè)債券市場已經(jīng)成為金融市場的核心。我國企業(yè)債券市場隨著改革開放應(yīng)運而生,但并未隨著改革開放的順利進(jìn)行得到快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)債券在企業(yè)融資、資本運作、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等方面的作用未得到充分發(fā)揮。這體現(xiàn)我國企業(yè)債券市場是發(fā)展出現(xiàn)問題。 本文以馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為理論指導(dǎo),結(jié)合西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的企業(yè)融資理論,從國家政策、市場運行、法制環(huán)境以及政策建議等層面對我國企業(yè)債券市場的發(fā)行、流通、監(jiān)管以及風(fēng)險防范進(jìn)行深入剖析,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)債券市場在發(fā)行、流通、監(jiān)管過程中存在的主要問題和導(dǎo)致問題產(chǎn)生的主要原因。在借鑒美、日、德等世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國家企業(yè)債券市場的經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實際情況,就解決企業(yè)債券市場存在的主要問題、完善企業(yè)債券市場體系提出針對性建議。
[Abstract]:The corporate bond market is an important part of the financial market. In developed countries and regions such as the United States and Japan, the corporate bond market has become the core of the financial market. However, with the smooth development of reform and opening up, the role of corporate bonds in corporate financing, capital operation and economic development has not been brought into full play, which shows that the development of our country's corporate bond market is a problem. Under the guidance of Marxist economics and combining with the enterprise financing theory of western economics, this paper issues and circulates the corporate bond market of our country from the aspects of national policy, market operation, legal environment and policy suggestion, etc. In order to find out the main problems existing in the issuance, circulation and supervision of the corporate bond market and the main reasons that lead to the problems, we can draw lessons from the United States, Japan, and Japan. On the basis of the experience of the enterprise bond market in the developed countries such as Germany and combining with the actual situation of our country's current economic development, some suggestions are put forward to solve the main problems existing in the enterprise bond market and to perfect the enterprise bond market system.
