【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)信息化水平的提高,越來越多的企業(yè)開始重視信息給企業(yè)帶來的巨大的效益,尤其是競爭情報所起到的作用。證券行業(yè)作為金融市場的一個組成部分,逐漸的在我國進行了進一步的改革和發(fā)展,證券公司在動蕩變化的市場環(huán)境中,積累了豐富的經(jīng)營和管理經(jīng)驗,同時也不斷地積累了大量的資產(chǎn)。但是,市場競爭是激烈的,證券行業(yè)也不例外。雖然如此,但是對競爭情報所起到的作用卻還是沒有完全的重視起來,到目前為止,很少有證券公司建立比較完善的競爭情報工作體系,主要是因為對競爭情報的意識比較薄弱,也因為證券公司還沒有找到一種合適的方法來構(gòu)建競爭情報模式。因此,本文在企業(yè)信息化環(huán)境下,運用價值鏈分析法,對證券公司競爭情報模式進行了分析以及構(gòu)建,其意義在于能夠為證券公司競爭情報模式的構(gòu)建和競爭情報工作的開展提供借鑒,從而提高證券公司的競爭力。 本文研究的內(nèi)容主要有：首先在文章的開始部分先論述了企業(yè)信息化與競爭情報的理論知識,在這些理論基礎(chǔ)上,找出競爭情報和企業(yè)信息化之間存在的關(guān)系,并對之進行闡述。其次,對證券公司的競爭情報系統(tǒng)進行了分析,并對其進行了系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建,在構(gòu)建競爭情報系統(tǒng)的過程中,找出了證券公司競爭情報系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題。再次,對證券公司的競爭情報系統(tǒng)的運行要素進行分析以及闡述,并設(shè)計出模式框架,通過對價值鏈理論的闡述,分析出證券公司價值鏈的盈利模式,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,對證券公司的競爭情報模式進行構(gòu)建。最后,對招商證券公司的競爭情報系統(tǒng)進行構(gòu)建以及盈利模式進行分析,設(shè)計出了招商證券公司的競爭情報模式,從而實現(xiàn)了本論文的研究意義,希望通過對理論的分析進而上升到實踐上的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the improvement of the level of enterprise informatization, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the enormous benefits of information, especially the role of competitive intelligence. The securities companies have accumulated rich management and management experience in the volatile market environment and accumulated a large number of assets. However, the market competition is fierce. The securities industry is no exception. Even so, the role played by competitive intelligence is still not fully valued. So far, very few securities companies have established relatively perfect competitive intelligence work systems. Mainly because of the weak awareness of competitive intelligence, but also because the securities companies have not found a suitable way to build a competitive intelligence model. This paper analyzes and constructs the competitive intelligence model of securities companies, and its significance lies in providing reference for the construction of competitive intelligence mode and the development of competitive intelligence work of securities companies, thus improving the competitiveness of securities companies. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first of all, at the beginning of the article, it discusses the theoretical knowledge of enterprise informatization and competitive intelligence, and on the basis of these theories, finds out the relationship between competitive intelligence and enterprise informatization. Secondly, the competitive intelligence system of securities companies is analyzed, and the system is constructed. In the process of constructing competitive intelligence system, This paper finds out the current situation and existing problems of the competitive intelligence system of securities companies. Thirdly, it analyzes and expounds the operating elements of the competitive intelligence system of securities companies, and designs a model framework to illustrate the theory of the value chain. On the basis of analyzing the profit model of the value chain of securities companies, the paper constructs the competitive intelligence model of securities companies. Finally, it analyzes the construction of competitive intelligence system of China Merchants Securities Company and the profit model of China Merchants Securities Company. This paper designs the competitive intelligence model of China Merchants Securities Company, which realizes the significance of this paper, and hopes that it can be applied in practice through the analysis of theory.
