【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟建設進程的不斷推進,居民的生活質(zhì)量得到顯著的提高,需求層次產(chǎn)生了新的變化。國民收入在政府、企業(yè)和家戶部門之間的三次分配最終形成居民的可支配收入,在滿足基本的生存和生理需要后,作為資金盈余單位的居民手中有了大量的財富剩余,如何將財富轉(zhuǎn)化為資本成為當前擺在我國經(jīng)濟面前的重大問題。金融作為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟的核心,具有融通資金和優(yōu)化資源配置功能,資金通過金融機制一方面滿足生產(chǎn)部門的融資需求,另一方面為居民的閑置資金增加了投資渠道,幫助居民實現(xiàn)財富的保值增值,金融也是當前我國居民財產(chǎn)性收入實現(xiàn)和增加的主要路徑。 論文在整合經(jīng)濟學主要流派的財產(chǎn)性收入理論的基礎上,結(jié)合金融支持經(jīng)濟的一般理論,從金融視角研究提高居民財產(chǎn)性收入的路徑。首先,對我國居民財產(chǎn)性收入的內(nèi)容進行概括,總結(jié)出收入形成的金融市場基礎、金融政策和法律基礎、金融觀念基礎和物質(zhì)基礎;其次,對提高我國居民財產(chǎn)性收入的必要性和可能性進行分析,從總量和結(jié)構兩個方面進行特征闡述;再次,選取金融市場中與居民收入關聯(lián)度較高的存款、證券運用和保險運用指標構建向量自回歸模型。實證結(jié)果表明,當前我國信貸市場對財產(chǎn)性收入的支持較為穩(wěn)定,長期的貢獻度有所降低,證券市場對財產(chǎn)性收入總體影響較小,且波動幅度較大,保險市場所占份額較小,長期有逐漸擴大的趨勢,我國應穩(wěn)定信貸市場、規(guī)范證券市場、強化保險市場對居民財產(chǎn)性收入提高的作用。最后,論文在以上分析的基礎上,基于居民財產(chǎn)性收入形成基礎和實證分析結(jié)果提出對策和建議,即:充分發(fā)揮市場性金融支持路徑的主導作用、靈活運用政策性金融支持路徑的協(xié)調(diào)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress of economic construction in China, the quality of life of the residents has been significantly improved, the level of demand has produced a new change. National income in the government. The third distribution between the enterprise and the household sector ultimately forms the disposable income of the residents. After meeting the basic survival and physiological needs, the residents, as the surplus units of funds, have a large amount of surplus wealth in their hands. How to turn wealth into capital has become a major problem in China's economy. As the core of modern economy, finance has the function of financing and optimizing the allocation of resources. Funds through the financial mechanism on the one hand to meet the financing needs of the production sector, on the other hand, the idle funds for residents to increase investment channels to help residents achieve wealth preservation and appreciation. Finance is also the main way to realize and increase the property income. On the basis of integrating the property income theory of the main schools of economics, combined with the general theory of financial support economy, this paper studies the ways to improve the residents' property income from the financial perspective. The content of property income of Chinese residents is summarized, and the financial market basis, financial policy and legal basis, financial concept foundation and material foundation of income formation are summarized. Secondly, it analyzes the necessity and possibility of raising the property income of the residents in our country, and expounds the characteristics from two aspects: the total amount and the structure. Thirdly, we choose the deposit, securities and insurance application index in the financial market to build the vector autoregressive model. The empirical results show that. At present, the credit market of our country supports the property income more stably, the long-term contribution degree is reduced, the overall influence of the securities market on the property income is small, and the fluctuation range is large, the share of the insurance market is small. There is a trend of gradual expansion for a long time, China should stabilize the credit market, regulate the securities market, strengthen the role of the insurance market in the increase of residents' property income. Finally, the paper on the basis of the above analysis. Based on the basis of the formation of residents' property income and the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, that is, to give full play to the leading role of the market financial support path, and to make flexible use of the coordinating role of the policy financial support path.
