本篇論文的研究策略是通過介紹和全面解讀PDCA理論,以及該理論與質(zhì)量管理三部曲、全面質(zhì)量管理結(jié)合的應(yīng)用結(jié)論,得出PDCA理論在工T項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用結(jié)論：IT項(xiàng)目的過程質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量管理本身都依據(jù)PDCA理論運(yùn)作和改善。在本人實(shí)際參與的IT項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量制約、質(zhì)量改善的過程中,充分結(jié)合PDCA循環(huán)理論,展現(xiàn)工T研發(fā)項(xiàng)目過程的改善力度,深度發(fā)掘?qū)嶋H改善過程中存在的不足并給予淺析淺析,最終找到解決不足的思路。(1)IT項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理理論,論證該理論與PDCA循環(huán)理論之間的關(guān)系；(2)研究PDCA循環(huán)理論的定義、具備的四個(gè)階段以及八個(gè)步驟,結(jié)合目前IT企業(yè)、設(shè)備供應(yīng)商當(dāng)前的質(zhì)量管理近況,淺析淺析該類企業(yè)應(yīng)該如何應(yīng)用PDCA循環(huán)理論,以達(dá)到持續(xù)改善的目的；(3)結(jié)合IT企業(yè)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目使用的實(shí)際質(zhì)量管理體系流程,淺析淺析該類企業(yè)應(yīng)該如何理解和應(yīng)用PDCA循環(huán),并利用在日常的研發(fā)過程中,從而保證過程的有效性以及持續(xù)改善,此部分將展示創(chuàng)新性簡介和成果；(4)闡述IT企業(yè)中系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目面對質(zhì)量評估過程使用PDCA循環(huán)的應(yīng)用,以及應(yīng)注意的不足,并給出解決方案。
【Abstract】 The key point of the paper is to research and explain the PDCA theory, and reveal the conclusion of the three step of quality mangement match with the PDCA theory, and the solution of the combine of TQM theory and the PDCA theory.I will make the analysis of the PDCA theory’s applications, and how to put the PDCA theory into the real quality management process according to the quintessence of the theory. During the using process, I have found some questions and problem which have to be solved, and after finding these questions. I will show how deep is the PDCA theory application in the IT project’s process qualty management which is exited in my real practice. The PDCA theory application in qualty mangement includes:the quality planning, the quailty contorl, and the quality improvement. I will discover the existent reason and give the deep analysis to prevent those questions and problem happening.1) The theory of the quality management:demonstrate the relation between the quality management theory and the PDCA theory2) I will Study the definition, the four phase and the eight steps of the PDCA theory. And combine the telecommunication device suppliers enterprises quality management status, and then analyses how could the enterprise use the PDCA theory effectively, so that the enterprise’s process can be promoted continuously.3) To aim at the telecommunication device suppliers’enterprises quality management process, I will analyze how could the PDCA theory improve this type of enterprises’ R&D efficiency and keep the improvement continuously. This part will show the innovative brief introduction and achievement.4) According to the working experience, I will expound the announcements and the combine with the PDCA theory for the R&D project’s Quality Evaluation, and give the solution of it.
