【摘要】：數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)應(yīng)用是數(shù)據(jù)開放的主要價值,推動應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新成為開放政府數(shù)據(jù)當前階段的工作重心。以數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用為視角,介紹并比較國內(nèi)外開放政府數(shù)據(jù)中推動數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用的主要做法與模式,指出中國開放政府數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用中存在企業(yè)和公眾的主導(dǎo)性不足,配套服務(wù)不足,應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新的落地性和可持續(xù)性不足等問題,面向中國開放政府數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用提出建議。
[Abstract]:Data development and application is the main value of data opening, and promoting application innovation has become the focus of work in the current stage of open government data. From the perspective of data application, this paper introduces and compares the main methods and models of promoting data application in open government data at home and abroad, points out that there are some problems in the application of open government data in China, such as the leading deficiency of enterprises and the public, the shortage of supporting services, the lack of landing and sustainability of application innovation, and puts forward some suggestions for the application of open government data in China.
