【摘要】：以德治國是推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化的邏輯必然體現(xiàn)在以德治國可以為國家治理現(xiàn)代化提供價(jià)值目標(biāo),可以不斷增強(qiáng)"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略布局的道德底蘊(yùn),可以有效夯實(shí)國家文化軟實(shí)力的根基等各個(gè)方面。推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化中以德治國可以從以中國價(jià)值為核心塑造"信念倫理",以公平正義為中心構(gòu)建社會(huì)倫理,以道德人格為重心提升公民素質(zhì)三重理路入手。同時(shí),要堅(jiān)決批判"唯道德主義""道德復(fù)古主義""道德普世主義""道德權(quán)威主義"等錯(cuò)誤思潮,促進(jìn)德法結(jié)合、源原融合、洋為中用、以民為本,努力推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化的目標(biāo)順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Governing the country by virtue of virtue is the logic of promoting the modernization of the national governance, which can provide the value goal for the modernization of the national governance by virtue of the country, and can continuously enhance the moral foundation of the "Four comprehensive" 's strategic layout, and can effectively tamp the foundation of the soft power of the national culture and so on. In order to promote the modernization of the national governance, the country can shape the "belief ethics" from the value of China as the core, construct the social ethics with the equity and justice as the center, and improve the three-way rational way of the citizen's quality with the moral character as the center of gravity. At the same time, we should resolutely criticize the errors of thought, such as the "moral authority" of the "moral complex" and the "moral authority", to promote the integration of the German law, the integration of the source, the use of the foreign policy, the people-oriented and the efforts to advance the goal of the modernization of the state's governance.
