【摘要】：盡管中國背景下的"善治"研究已成為一個(gè)熱門領(lǐng)域,但對其評述性文章和政治學(xué)分析都很少。首先考察國際援助機(jī)構(gòu)和西方學(xué)術(shù)界的善治定義及附加的政治訴求,然后采用中國研究中"人及其思想"文獻(xiàn)的分析路徑,從公民社會(huì)與善治、"善政"與善治、善治與中國的政治發(fā)展、善治與民主等方面對俞可平等學(xué)者的善治研究進(jìn)行"處境化的解讀"。旨在透過國內(nèi)代表性學(xué)者的善治"思想"來觀察上世紀(jì)末以來中國政治發(fā)展的內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)和邏輯。
[Abstract]:Although the study of "good governance" in China has become a hot field, there are few critical articles and political analysis on it. First of all, we will examine the definitions of good governance of international aid agencies and western academic circles and their additional political demands, and then adopt the analytical path of the literature "people and their thoughts" in Chinese studies, from civil society and good governance, to "good governance" and good governance. Good governance and China's political development, good governance and democracy and other aspects of the study of good governance by Yu Keping and other scholars "situational interpretation". The purpose of this paper is to observe the content, characteristics and logic of Chinese political development since the end of last century through the thought of good governance by domestic representative scholars.
