【摘要】：自建國后,我國農業(yè)行政管理體系經過數次變革,形成了當前涉及眾多部門的農業(yè)行政管理體系。但是因當前農業(yè)行政管理體系是在原有計劃體制的基礎上變革而來的,在結構設置、職能定位以及運作等方面不符合發(fā)展現代農業(yè)的要求。并且因農業(yè)基層管理部門力量微弱,農業(yè)基礎設施不完善等原因,造成我國農業(yè)國際競爭力不強的現狀。因此,本文以創(chuàng)新為視角,對農業(yè)行政管理體系創(chuàng)新的思路和途徑提出些許建議,以促進我國農業(yè)行政管理滿足現代農業(yè)發(fā)展建設的要求。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the agricultural administrative management system of our country has been reformed several times, and it has formed the agricultural administrative management system of many departments at present. However, the current agricultural administrative management system is based on the original planning system, which does not meet the requirements of the development of modern agriculture in the aspects of structure setting, function positioning and operation. And because of the weak strength of agricultural grass-roots management department and imperfect agricultural infrastructure, the international competitiveness of agriculture in China is not strong. Therefore, from the perspective of innovation, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the innovation of agricultural administrative management system in order to promote the agricultural administrative management of our country to meet the requirements of modern agricultural development and construction.
