【摘要】：正有人的地方就有江湖,不同的江湖有不同的規(guī)矩。對于一個組織而言,除了國家法令、單位制度,必然還有一些通行的、為人所知和接受但又只可意會而不可言傳的規(guī)則——潛行規(guī)則。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者要全面掌控單位的局面,就必須對單位的規(guī)章制度和江湖規(guī)矩有充分的認(rèn)識和理性的態(tài)度,才能實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)、無為而治。筆者從某單位副調(diào)研員群體在單位所處的地位和享受的待遇入手,對潛行規(guī)則的激勵因素及其特性進(jìn)行初步的剖析。
[Abstract]:There are people where there are rivers and lakes, different rivers and lakes have different rules. For an organization, in addition to national decrees, the unit system, there must be some common, well-known and accepted, but only unspeakable rules-the hidden rules. If a leader wants to control the situation of the unit, he must have a full understanding and rational attitude to the rules and regulations of the unit and the rules of the rivers and lakes, so as to achieve overall coordination and governance without doing anything. Starting with the position and the treatment enjoyed by the group of associate researchers in a unit, the author makes a preliminary analysis of the motivating factors and characteristics of the latent rules.
