【摘要】：正大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)致力于利用海量數(shù)據(jù)改善政府與公民、企業(yè)以及其他非政府部門(mén)之間的關(guān)系,從而使公民參與與政策各階段相融合,促進(jìn)公共決策過(guò)程的進(jìn)一步開(kāi)放。但有材料表明,政府在大數(shù)據(jù)方面的行動(dòng)要落后于企業(yè),處于謹(jǐn)慎觀望狀態(tài),且至今未能解決自上而下"煙囪
[Abstract]:Large data technology aims to improve the relationship between government and citizens, enterprises and other non-government departments, so as to integrate citizen participation with all stages of policy, and promote the further opening of public decision-making process. However, some materials show that the government's actions on big data are lagging behind those of enterprises and are on a cautious wait-and-see state, and have not yet solved the top-down "chimney".
