【摘要】：文章基于2012年世界銀行企業(yè)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),從微觀企業(yè)的角度出發(fā),研究地方偏袒主義、研發(fā)投入與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:地方偏袒主義具有雙管齊下的作用。地方偏袒指數(shù)每提高一個百分比,企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率將提高0.031個百分比,研發(fā)投入每提高一個百分比,企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率提升0.064個百分比。同時,基于門檻模型的估計結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在政治偏袒程度較高的地方,地方企業(yè)研發(fā)對生產(chǎn)率的促進作用也更加明顯。具體的,當(dāng)?shù)胤狡恢笖?shù)跨越2.25的門檻值時,地方企業(yè)研發(fā)對生產(chǎn)率的促進作用由0.0428增至0.0536,且促進效應(yīng)均在1%的置信水平上顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of the World Bank in 2012, this paper studies the relationship between local favouritism, R & D investment and enterprise productivity from the perspective of microenterprises. The results show that local favouritism plays a dual role. For every percentage increase in the local bias index, the productivity of the firm will increase by 0.031%, and the productivity of the firm will increase by 0.064% for each percentage increase in R & D investment. At the same time, the estimation results based on threshold model show that the promotion effect of local enterprise R & D on productivity is more obvious where the degree of political bias is higher. Specifically, when the local bias index exceeds the threshold of 2.25, the promotion effect of local enterprise R & D on productivity increases from 0.0428 to 0.0536, and the promotion effect is significant at the confidence level of 1%.
