【摘要】：今年春天,H7N9禽流感疫情再度來襲,民眾恐慌情緒蔓延,禽類產(chǎn)品銷售幾近停滯。從分析H7N9禽流感復(fù)發(fā)輿情的傳播入手,詳細(xì)考察了輿情隱含的蝴蝶效應(yīng)、首因效應(yīng)、標(biāo)簽效應(yīng)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)記憶效應(yīng)。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出觀念引導(dǎo)先行、技巧引導(dǎo)取勝的輿論引導(dǎo)策略,以此構(gòu)建良性、健康的輿論氛圍。
[Abstract]:This spring, the H7N9 bird flu outbreak again, the public panic spread, poultry sales nearly stalled. Based on the analysis of the spread of public opinion about the recurrence of H7N9 bird flu, the butterfly effect, the first cause effect, the label effect and the network memory effect of public opinion are investigated in detail. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the strategy of leading the public opinion to lead the idea first and the technique to lead the victory, so as to build a healthy and healthy atmosphere of public opinion.
