彝族傳統(tǒng)文化對彝區(qū)社會治理的影響研究——以彝族土司嶺光電在彝區(qū)的社會治理歷程為例

【摘要】：嶺光電是積極追求彝區(qū)社會進(jìn)步的彝族末代土司,在他的管轄內(nèi)進(jìn)行了十三年的社會治理實(shí)踐活動,并取得了積極的效果。他認(rèn)為社會要進(jìn)步首先爭取"人"的進(jìn)步,而"人"的進(jìn)步需要發(fā)展教育,發(fā)展教育需要文化知識作為資源。其中教育在社會治理中是牽一發(fā)而動全身的突破口和切入點(diǎn),也是促使人、文化和社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。所以,嶺光電通過開辦學(xué)校、說教和著述等途徑把"現(xiàn)代教育"與彝族傳統(tǒng)文化教育結(jié)合起來,在對"人"進(jìn)行教育的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行社會改革,促進(jìn)了彝區(qū)社會的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展。同時(shí),嶺光電在彝區(qū)嘗試了一種與實(shí)際情況相適應(yīng)的雙語教育和社會治理方式,對當(dāng)下彝區(qū)社會治理和管理具有借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Ridge Optoelectronics is the last Tusi of Yi nationality who actively pursues the social progress in Yi area. It has carried on the social governance practice activity in his jurisdiction for 13 years, and has obtained the positive effect. He thinks that the progress of society must first strive for the progress of "human", and the progress of "human" needs the development of education, and the development of education needs cultural knowledge as a resource. Education is a breakthrough and breakthrough point in social governance, and also a key point to promote the harmonious development of human, culture and society. Therefore, through opening schools, preaching and writing, Ridge Optoelectricity combines "modern education" with traditional culture education of Yi nationality, carries on social reform on the basis of "human" education, and promotes the progress and development of the Yi region society. At the same time, Ling optoelectronic tries a bilingual education and social governance mode in Yi area, which can be used as a reference for social governance and management in Yi area.
