【摘要】：職業(yè)道德規(guī)范內(nèi)容是公務(wù)員職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)。通過國內(nèi)外關(guān)于公務(wù)員職業(yè)道德建設(shè)內(nèi)容研究的文獻(xiàn)分析、我們黨和國家對(duì)公務(wù)員職業(yè)道德要求的內(nèi)容分析以及對(duì)廣大公務(wù)員調(diào)查的實(shí)證分析,構(gòu)建了包括工作宗旨、工作原則、工作品質(zhì)與工作作風(fēng)的四維度職業(yè)道德體系內(nèi)容模型,并以此模型為參考,與中央頒布的《關(guān)于推進(jìn)公務(wù)員職業(yè)道德建設(shè)工程的意見》中所提出的24字建設(shè)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行比較與分析,肯定了其科學(xué)性與時(shí)代性,也提出了結(jié)構(gòu)性改進(jìn)的意見。
[Abstract]:The content of professional ethics is the foundation of the construction of civil servants' professional ethics. Through the literature analysis on the content of civil servants' professional ethics construction at home and abroad, the content analysis of our party's and our government's professional ethics requirements of civil servants and the empirical analysis on the investigation of the vast number of civil servants, the author has constructed the working purpose, including the working tenet. The content model of four-dimensional professional ethics system of work principle, work quality and work style, and this model as reference, This paper compares and analyzes the contents of the 24-word construction in "opinions on promoting the Construction of Professional Ethics of Civil servants" promulgated by the Central Committee, affirms its scientific and contemporary nature, and puts forward some suggestions for structural improvement.
