【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著青海經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的利益格局和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生急劇變化,公共安全事件有不斷增多的趨勢(shì)。受特殊區(qū)位環(huán)境與條件的影響,青海各類(lèi)突發(fā)事件大多具有較為鮮明的區(qū)域特點(diǎn)。因此,只有系統(tǒng)梳理和把握青海公共安全發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),深入分析其原因,推動(dòng)公共安全治理體系和治理能力的現(xiàn)代化,才能保障青海人民群眾生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,為經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境與條件。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy and society in Qinghai, the traditional interest pattern and social structure have changed dramatically, and the public safety events have been increasing. Under the influence of special regional environment and conditions, most of the unexpected events in Qinghai have distinct regional characteristics. Therefore, only by systematically combing out and grasping the development situation of public security in Qinghai, analyzing its causes in depth, and promoting the modernization of public safety governance system and governance ability, can the safety of life and property of the people of Qinghai be guaranteed. Create favorable environment and conditions for economic and social development.
