【摘要】：政府、媒體、公眾間建立危機管理心理契約,是需求安全心理使然,是基于沉沒成本和機會成本比較后無奈但明智的選擇,是為了三方能更好地進行角色及權(quán)責定位,增強互信,以建立常態(tài)化的三角互動關(guān)系,解決公共危機。建立常態(tài)化三角互動關(guān)系,政府必須體現(xiàn)主導性,媒體應體現(xiàn)主體性,公眾應主動且理性地參與。三角關(guān)系必須凸顯三方彼此間的理解、尊重、互信、責任感和互動。
[Abstract]:The establishment of a crisis management psychological contract between the government, the media, and the public is the result of demand and safety psychology. It is a helpless but wise choice based on the comparison of sunk cost and opportunity cost. It is for the three parties to better position their roles and responsibilities. Enhance mutual trust to establish a regular triangular interaction to resolve public crises. To establish a regular triangular interaction, the government must embody the leading role, the media should embody the subjectivity, and the public should take the initiative and participate rationally. Triangular relationships must highlight understanding, respect, mutual trust, responsibility and interaction between the three parties.
