我國公職人員工資分類管理研究

【摘要】:分類管理是管理的一種進(jìn)步。目前我國機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位工資制度比較單一,公務(wù)員都實(shí)行職務(wù)與級別相結(jié)合的工資制度,事業(yè)單位都實(shí)行崗位績效工資制度。過分統(tǒng)一的工資制度不能適應(yīng)不同行業(yè)、不同部門管理的特點(diǎn)和要求。本文對工資分類管理相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行了探討,回顧了我國公職人員工資分類管理和發(fā)展變化,分析了我國公職人員工資分類存在的問題,提出了下一步深化工資分類改革的設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:Classified management is a kind of progress of management. At present, the wage system of government institutions in our country is relatively single, civil servants all carry out the salary system of combining position and rank, and institutions all implement the system of post performance wage. Excessive uniform wage system can not adapt to different industries, different sector management characteristics and requirements. This paper probes into the problems related to the management of wage classification, reviews the management and development of wage classification for public officials in China, analyzes the problems existing in the classification of wages of public officials in our country, and puts forward a tentative plan for deepening the reform of wage classification in the next step.
