【摘要】：正當前,我國正處于改革攻堅期、社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,新舊矛盾交織、疊加、聚合�，F(xiàn)代社會的風險問題越來越成為重大的理論和實踐問題。今年年初,習近平總書記在全國政法工作會議上強調(diào),2017年是我們黨和國家歷史上具有特殊重要意義的一年。要提高對各種矛盾問題預測預警預防能力,不斷創(chuàng)新理念思路、體制機制、方法手段,全面提升防范應對各類風險挑戰(zhàn)的水平,為黨的十九大召開營造安全穩(wěn)定的社會環(huán)境。我國
