【摘要】：在作為人類社會(huì)重要?dú)v史轉(zhuǎn)型期的今天,"結(jié)構(gòu)"和"結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型"等表述已變得十分流行,也因此變得模糊不定。但作為一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)問題,我們需要對(duì)社會(huì)治理體系及其結(jié)構(gòu)做出重新界定�，F(xiàn)有的以"治理結(jié)構(gòu)"為名的研究通常采用兩種取向,要么將其與治理議題本身相混同,要么在實(shí)際的分析中走向還原論,而沒能采取真正的結(jié)構(gòu)視角,也很少提出簡(jiǎn)明的結(jié)構(gòu)稱呼。社會(huì)治理體系及其結(jié)構(gòu)等概念表明,當(dāng)我們?cè)噲D討論治理體系的結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),我們必須采取真正的結(jié)構(gòu)視角,即研究單元在體系結(jié)構(gòu)中所處的"位置",而不是單元自身或者單元間的關(guān)系,因?yàn)?正是單元所處的"位置"使得某個(gè)單元呈現(xiàn)出特定的行為模式和結(jié)果,使得單元之間呈現(xiàn)出特定的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, as an important historical transition of human society, the expressions of "structure" and "structural transformation" have become very popular and thus become vague and uncertain. But as an academic issue, we need to redefine the social governance system and its structure. The existing research under the name of "governance structure" usually adopts two orientations, which are either to mix it with the governance issues themselves, or to move towards reductionism in the actual analysis, without taking a real structural perspective. Nor are concise structural titles proposed. Concepts such as social governance systems and their structures suggest that when we try to discuss the structure of a governance system, we have to take a real structural perspective. That is, the "position" of the unit in the architecture, rather than the unit itself or the relationship between the units, because it is the "position" in which the unit is located that makes the unit present a particular behavior pattern and result. Causes the unit to appear between the specific relations.
