【摘要】：政府危機(jī)傳播中新聞信息的有效評估必須建立在有效的評估指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)之上,但有效的評估指標(biāo)的確定是離不開評估知識體系的確立,從政府危機(jī)新聞傳播管理體系入手,重構(gòu)政府危機(jī)新聞信息傳播的評估知識框架,認(rèn)為政府危機(jī)新聞傳播的知識框架體系,應(yīng)立足于網(wǎng)絡(luò)新媒體參與的媒體群落的新認(rèn)識,進(jìn)行以政府為核心、以危機(jī)信息傳播主體關(guān)系為導(dǎo)向的評估知識框架的建構(gòu)和梳理,從知識體系的角度來深層次、理性地把握政府危機(jī)新聞信息傳播的內(nèi)在機(jī)理,為建立有效的評估指標(biāo)體系創(chuàng)造有利條件。
[Abstract]:The effective evaluation of news information in the government crisis communication must be based on the effective evaluation index system, but the effective evaluation index can not be determined without the establishment of the evaluation knowledge system, starting with the government crisis news communication management system. Reconstructing the evaluation knowledge frame of the government crisis news information dissemination, holding that the knowledge frame system of the government crisis news communication should be based on the new understanding of the media community participating in the network new media, and take the government as the core. The construction and combing of the evaluation knowledge frame guided by the relationship between the main body of crisis information dissemination, from the angle of knowledge system, grasps the internal mechanism of the government crisis news information dissemination rationally from the angle of the knowledge system. To establish an effective evaluation index system to create favorable conditions.
