ZZ市工商局青年公務(wù)員工作壓力管理研究

【摘要】:目前國(guó)內(nèi)一些調(diào)查顯示我國(guó)青年公務(wù)員壓力狀況令人擔(dān)憂(yōu),普遍存在工作壓力過(guò)大的情況,并已經(jīng)影響到個(gè)人身心健康和組織工作效率。但是迄今為止,對(duì)于青年公務(wù)員這一群體的工作壓力研究尚未深入,也未形成一套成熟有效的管理理論和管理方法。為了從根源緩解青年公務(wù)員工作壓力,使其保持身心健康,保證行政組織的高效,本文以ZZ市工商行政管理局青年公務(wù)員作為調(diào)查群體,對(duì)其工作壓力狀況、工作壓力源進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析,并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,從組織層面和個(gè)人層面分別提出初步解決意見(jiàn),具體內(nèi)容如下:第一章,緒論。就本文的研究背景與意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要介紹,對(duì)青年公務(wù)員、工作壓力、壓力源和壓力管理的概念進(jìn)行了闡述,闡明了本文研究的內(nèi)容與方法。第二章,ZZ市工商局青年公務(wù)員工作壓力現(xiàn)狀。首先介紹了ZZ市工商行政管理局組織設(shè)置、主要職責(zé)和人員情況,隨后根據(jù)本文研究目的,結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)并進(jìn)行了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,開(kāi)展了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪(fǎng)談,對(duì)ZZ市工商行政管理局青年公務(wù)員工作壓力反應(yīng)、工作壓力來(lái)源、期待組織改進(jìn)措施和工作壓力程度自我評(píng)價(jià)幾方面進(jìn)行了調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)。第三章,ZZ市工商局青年公務(wù)員工作壓力分析。根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,總結(jié)出目前影響ZZ市工商行政管理局青年公務(wù)員工作壓力水平的主要因素并進(jìn)行分析。第四章,ZZ市工商局青年公務(wù)員工作壓力管理策略。結(jié)合ZZ市工商行政管理局實(shí)際情況,從組織層面和個(gè)人層面分別提出青年公務(wù)員工作壓力管理的相關(guān)舉措。第五章,結(jié)論。對(duì)此次研究進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),并提出下一步研究的建議。
[Abstract]:At present, some domestic surveys show that the stress situation of young civil servants in China is worrisome, and there is a general situation of excessive work pressure, which has affected the physical and mental health of individuals and organizational efficiency. But up to now, the study on the working stress of young civil servants has not been deepened, nor has it formed a set of mature and effective management theory and management method. In order to relieve the working pressure of young civil servants from the root causes, keep their physical and mental health, and ensure the efficiency of the administrative organizations, this paper takes the young civil servants of the Administration for Industry and Commerce of ZZ as the investigation group, and analyzes the working stress status of the young civil servants. The work stressors are investigated and analyzed, and combined with the actual situation, the preliminary solutions are put forward from the organizational level and the individual level respectively. The specific contents are as follows: chapter one, introduction. This paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the research and the present research situation at home and abroad, expounds the concepts of young civil servants, working stress, stressors and stress management, and expounds the contents and methods of this study. The second chapter of ZZ City Bureau of Industry and Commerce of young civil servants work pressure. First of all, it introduces the organization, main duties and personnel of the Administration of Industry and Commerce of ZZ. Then, according to the purpose of this study, combining with the actual situation, it designs and carries out a questionnaire survey, and carries out on-site interviews. The work stress response, work stress sources, organizational improvement measures and self-evaluation of work stress degree of young civil servants in ZZ Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce were investigated. Chapter three analyzes the working pressure of young civil servants in ZZ City. According to the results of the investigation, the main factors affecting the work stress level of young civil servants in the Administration of Industry and Commerce of ZZ are summarized and analyzed. Chapter IV ZZ City Bureau of Industry and Commerce young civil servants work stress management strategy. According to the actual situation of the Administration of Industry and Commerce of ZZ, this paper puts forward the relevant measures of the work stress management of young civil servants from the organizational level and the personal level. Chapter V, conclusion. This study is summarized and suggestions for the next research are put forward.
