【摘要】：隨著茶葉行業(yè)發(fā)展速度的加快,其對茶藝人才的需求量及要求也不斷的提升,促使各院校積極的改進(jìn)人才培養(yǎng)方式,并形成較為先進(jìn)的茶藝人才培養(yǎng)模式。而盡管茶藝與空中交通管制分屬于不同的領(lǐng)域,但在人才培養(yǎng)方面,現(xiàn)階段的茶藝人才培養(yǎng)模式對空中管制人員的培養(yǎng)仍具有一定的借鑒及指導(dǎo)意義�；诖�,本文分析了茶藝人才培養(yǎng)模式對西北空管局培養(yǎng)管制人員的啟示與借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the tea industry, the demand and requirements for tea talents have been constantly promoted, which urges the colleges and universities to actively improve the cultivation of talents, and to form a more advanced tea talent training model. Although tea art and air traffic control belong to different fields, in the aspect of personnel training, the current tea talent training model still has certain reference and guiding significance for the training of air traffic control personnel. Based on this, this paper analyzes the inspiration and reference of tea talent training model to Northwest Air Traffic Control Bureau.
