【摘要】：在新一代信息通信技術(shù)的推動下,繼數(shù)字城市、智能城市之后,城市信息化進入了智慧城市的高級發(fā)展階段。智慧城市背景下的智慧治理的發(fā)展推動了傳統(tǒng)的突擊式、運動式的城市管理向多主體參與的、標準化、常態(tài)化城市治理格局轉(zhuǎn)變。智慧城市背景下城市治理的創(chuàng)新模式是在城市公共信息平臺支持下的,一種多部門協(xié)同管理的、公眾廣泛參與的、具有標準化的閉環(huán)運作流程的科學(xué)、高效、精準的城市管理模式,它推動了現(xiàn)代化的城市治理格局的形成與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the new generation of information and communication technology, after the digital city and intelligent city, the city informatization has entered the advanced development stage of the intelligent city. The development of intelligent governance under the background of intelligent city has promoted the transformation of traditional assault and sport urban management to multi-subject participation standardized and regular urban governance pattern. The innovative mode of urban governance in the context of intelligent city is supported by the urban public information platform, which is a kind of multi-department cooperative management, widely participated by the public, with standardized closed-loop operation process of science and efficiency. Accurate urban management model, it promotes the formation and development of modern urban governance pattern.
