【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展,社會(huì)和公眾對(duì)基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的政務(wù)服務(wù)需求不斷增加。如何讓社會(huì)和公眾通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)享受到便捷、高效、高質(zhì)量、個(gè)性化的政務(wù)服務(wù),滿足社會(huì)和公眾日益增長(zhǎng)的網(wǎng)上政務(wù)服務(wù)需求,提升新常態(tài)下網(wǎng)上政務(wù)服務(wù)水平,成為政府管理面臨的新課題。
