【摘要】：公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)作為公共管理領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)之一,受到了學(xué)界的關(guān)注,在20多年的發(fā)展過程中,理論研究成果豐富。以動(dòng)機(jī)理論為基礎(chǔ)的公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)研究,是公共行政與公共管理等相關(guān)學(xué)科研究從把握宏觀到聚焦個(gè)體的轉(zhuǎn)向關(guān)鍵,是重新審視個(gè)體與組織關(guān)系以及探索公共管理領(lǐng)域特有人性假設(shè)的一種重要理論嘗試。國(guó)外眾多學(xué)者從不同角度對(duì)公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行了概念闡釋,在一定程度上豐富了概念的基本內(nèi)涵。同時(shí),基于測(cè)量環(huán)境與個(gè)體的差異,公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)與變量關(guān)系聯(lián)系緊密,這也構(gòu)成公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)研究的核心議題。隨著相關(guān)研究進(jìn)一步深入與所涉及地理空間范圍的擴(kuò)大,學(xué)科融合、多元方法、測(cè)量理性成為公共服務(wù)動(dòng)機(jī)研究的主要發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:As one of the research hotspots in the field of public administration, the motivation of public service has been paid more attention by the academic circles. In the course of more than 20 years' development, the theoretical research results are rich. The study of public service motivation based on motivation theory is the key to the change of public administration and public administration from grasping the macro to focusing on the individual. It is an important theoretical attempt to re-examine the relationship between individual and organization and to explore the special hypothesis of human nature in the field of public administration. Many foreign scholars explain the concept of public service motivation from different angles, which enriches the basic connotation of the concept to a certain extent. At the same time, based on the difference between environment and individual, public service motivation is closely related to variables, which also constitutes the core issue of public service motivation research. With the further development of related research and the expansion of the scope of geographical space involved, the integration of disciplines, multiple methods and measurement of rationality have become the main development trend of the study of public service motivation.
