【摘要】：正李克強(qiáng)總理在第十二屆全國(guó)人民代表大會(huì)第三次會(huì)議的政府工作報(bào)告中提出,"大道至簡(jiǎn)、有權(quán)不可任性"。這一論述與傳統(tǒng)中國(guó)的治國(guó)理政經(jīng)驗(yàn)一脈相承,也是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政經(jīng)驗(yàn)的生動(dòng)體現(xiàn)。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)的7次政府機(jī)構(gòu)改革,"精簡(jiǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)、轉(zhuǎn)變職能"都是首要目標(biāo)�？梢�(jiàn),簡(jiǎn)約治理是中國(guó)特色的國(guó)家治理方式,也是國(guó)家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化的內(nèi)在要求。一、簡(jiǎn)約治理是中國(guó)特色的國(guó)家治理方式
[Abstract]:Prime Minister Li Keqiang, in his report on the work of the government at the third session of the Twelfth National people's Congress, said, "the road to simplicity, the right not to be wayward." It is a vivid embodiment of the ruling experience of the Communist Party of China. Since the reform and opening up, the reform of seven government institutions, "streamlining the organization, changing functions" are the primary objectives. It can be seen that simple governance is the mode of national governance with Chinese characteristics, and it is also the internal requirement of modernization of national governance system and governance ability. First, simple governance is the mode of state governance with Chinese characteristics.
