【摘要】：基于影響機制理論分析和宏觀經(jīng)濟數(shù)據(jù),本文運用非線性STR模型實證分析了我國經(jīng)濟增長和就業(yè)關(guān)系,并進一步檢驗了社會保障中介作用的存在。研究結(jié)論認為:經(jīng)濟增長的就業(yè)效應(yīng)存在顯著為正的非線性特征,社會保障對經(jīng)濟增長就業(yè)效應(yīng)具有正向中介調(diào)節(jié)作用。當居民面臨諸多不確定性的經(jīng)濟體制改革初期,勞動力供給替代效應(yīng)顯著大于收入效應(yīng),社會保障就業(yè)效應(yīng)屬于被動調(diào)節(jié)。而當社會保障制度逐漸完善時期,社會保障發(fā)揮了主動調(diào)節(jié)平抑就業(yè)波動的積極作用�？疾焐鐣Ｕ系慕�(jīng)濟增長就業(yè)效應(yīng)需要密切關(guān)注勞動力市場變化,提高勞動力就業(yè)質(zhì)量,構(gòu)建經(jīng)濟政策、就業(yè)政策以及社會保障政策相互促進機制。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical analysis of influence mechanism and macroeconomic data, this paper empirically analyzes the relationship between economic growth and employment by using nonlinear STR model, and further examines the existence of social security intermediary role. The conclusion is that the employment effect of economic growth has a significant positive nonlinear characteristic, and social security has a positive mediating effect on the employment effect of economic growth. At the beginning of the economic system reform, the substitution effect of labor force supply is obviously greater than the income effect, and the employment effect of social security belongs to passive regulation. When the social security system was gradually improved, social security played an active role in regulating employment fluctuations. To investigate the employment effect of social security, we should pay close attention to the change of labor market, improve the quality of labor force employment, and construct the mutual promotion mechanism of economic policy, employment policy and social security policy.
