【摘要】：2013年新一屆政府成立以來(lái),簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)力度加大,以電子政務(wù)為基礎(chǔ)的"行權(quán)平臺(tái)"逐步成為各級(jí)地方政府簡(jiǎn)政放權(quán)、轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能的重要抓手和落地措施。電子政務(wù)建設(shè),尤其是電子政務(wù)效能建設(shè)日益被地方政府重視,成為社會(huì)各界共同關(guān)注的話題。本文在分析地方政府電子政務(wù)建設(shè)取得的成績(jī)和存在的問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,從技術(shù)途徑、實(shí)踐途徑、未來(lái)途徑等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)提升地方政府電子政務(wù)效能的路徑進(jìn)行探討。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the new government in 2013, the degree of government decentralization has been strengthened, and the "exercise platform" based on e-government has gradually become an important grasp and landing measure for local governments at all levels to simplify and delegate power and transform government functions. The construction of e-government, especially the efficiency of e-government, has been paid more and more attention by local government. Based on the analysis of the achievements and problems in the construction of e-government of local governments, this paper probes into the ways to improve the efficiency of e-government of local governments from the aspects of technical, practical and future approaches.
