【摘要】：公益項目是慈善組織使用捐贈的主要體現,那么捐贈者是否會根據慈善組織的公益項目特征來制定捐贈決策?基于此,文章基于理性選擇理論,從公益項目視角出發(fā)考察公益項目特征對捐贈決策的影響效應,以2011-2014年基金會為樣本,使用濟貧程度、社會福利程度以及捐贈者自身社會價值來衡量公益項目特征,結果發(fā)現:(1)捐贈者的慈善捐贈主要關注增大濟貧程度、社會福利程度和提升自身社會價值,而且在這三個影響指標中,捐贈者對慈善組織濟貧程度的關注程度更強。(2)將捐贈者分為個人捐贈者和機構捐贈者之后,雖然個人和機構捐贈者均較為注重濟貧程度,但是個人捐贈者比較注重社會福利程度,而機構捐贈者比較注重自身社會價值的提升。(3)進一步將基金會分為全國性基金會和地方性基金會,全國性基金會中個人捐贈者注重提升自我社會價值,而機構捐贈者注重社會福利程度;地方性基金會中,無論是個人還是機構捐贈者都比較注重濟貧程度,但是個人捐贈者更傾向于基金會帶來更多社會福利,而機構捐贈者更傾向于提升自身社會價值。
[Abstract]:Public welfare projects are the main embodiment of charitable organizations to use donations, so will donors make donation decisions according to the characteristics of charitable organizations? Based on this, based on the rational choice theory, this paper investigates the impact of the characteristics of public welfare projects on the donation decision from the perspective of public welfare projects, taking the foundation as a sample from 2011-2014 to use the degree of poverty relief. The social welfare degree and the donor's own social value are used to measure the characteristics of the public welfare project. The results show that: (1) the donor's charitable donation mainly focuses on increasing the degree of poverty relief, the social welfare degree and enhancing the social value of the donor. Moreover, among the three impact indicators, donors pay more attention to the degree of poverty relief of charitable organizations. (2) after dividing donors into individual donors and institutional donors, although both individual and institutional donors are more concerned about the degree of poverty relief, However, individual donors pay more attention to the degree of social welfare, while institutional donors pay more attention to the promotion of their own social value. (3) the foundations are further divided into national foundations and local foundations. In national foundations, individual donors focus on promoting self-social value, while institutional donors focus on social welfare. In local foundations, both individuals and institutional donors pay more attention to the degree of poverty relief. But individual donors prefer foundations to bring more social benefits, while institutional donors tend to increase their social value.
