【摘要】：基層民主本土資源作為地方性知識(shí)的重要組成部分,具有本地屬性、分享屬性、獨(dú)特屬性、實(shí)踐屬性、歸依屬性等特點(diǎn),構(gòu)成了在地化民主的豐富性與多樣性。20世紀(jì)90年代以來,各地民眾在積極推進(jìn)基層民主自治的背景下,結(jié)合本地基層民主的實(shí)際情況與特征,創(chuàng)造性地培育、開發(fā)與拓展了本土化的民主資源,以有效實(shí)用的本土民主資源豐富基層自治的內(nèi)容與質(zhì)量,同時(shí)在推進(jìn)基層自治的過程中提升了廣大民眾民主參與和社會(huì)治理的能力。
[Abstract]:As an important part of local knowledge, grass-roots democratic local resources have the characteristics of local attribute, sharing attribute, unique attribute, practice attribute, and attribute of dependence, etc. The richness and diversity of local democracy. Since the 1990s, people everywhere have creatively cultivated, under the background of actively promoting democratic autonomy at the grass-roots level, combining the actual conditions and characteristics of local democracy at the grass-roots level. It has developed and expanded the local democratic resources, enriched the content and quality of the grass-roots autonomy with the effective and practical local democratic resources, at the same time enhanced the people's democratic participation and the social governance ability in the process of promoting the grass-roots autonomy.
