【摘要】：正政府信息公開表面化問題有其深刻的觀念、制度和現(xiàn)實(shí)原因,需要對(duì)癥下藥加以解決在立案登記制、新行政訴訟法實(shí)施兩周年之際,北京市第四中級(jí)人民法院日前發(fā)布了2016年行政案件司法審查報(bào)告及十大典型案例。其中"報(bào)告"指出,政府信息公開"表面化"問題仍存在。應(yīng)當(dāng)看到,政府信息公開表面化問題有其深刻的觀念、制度和現(xiàn)實(shí)原因,需要對(duì)癥下藥加以解決。
[Abstract]:There are profound ideas, systems and practical reasons for the problem of the disclosure of government information, which need to be solved by solving the problem on the occasion of the second anniversary of the registration system and the implementation of the new administrative procedure law. Beijing's fourth Intermediate people's Court released the 2016 report on judicial review of administrative cases and ten typical cases. Among them, the report points out that the problem of government information disclosure "surface" still exists. It should be noted that there are profound ideas, systems and practical reasons for the surface of government information disclosure, which need to be solved with appropriate remedies.
