【摘要】：中國是統(tǒng)一的多民族國家,目前,我國的少數(shù)民族人口已經(jīng)超過一億。我國歷來重視民族問題和城市民族工作,在社會改革與發(fā)展的實(shí)踐中,不斷把馬克思主義民族理論與我國的具體實(shí)際相結(jié)合,探索出具有中國特色的城市民族工作道路。但是隨著改革的不斷深入,社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,中國的城市民族關(guān)系也在逐漸發(fā)生改變,城市民族工作出現(xiàn)了新特點(diǎn)與新問題。要順利推進(jìn)城市民族工作的進(jìn)一步開展,就要探索完善當(dāng)前城市民族工作的合理路徑�；诖�,本文以內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)為例,運(yùn)用規(guī)范研究、實(shí)證研究方法,對內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)城市民族工作的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題及原因進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而提出完善內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)城市民族工作的路徑選擇。本文首先介紹了本文的選題緣由和研究價值,梳理了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對本課題的相關(guān)研究,闡述了文章的研究方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)與不足等內(nèi)容。在民族區(qū)域自治理論、政府職能理論、公平正義理論、政治穩(wěn)定理論的支撐下,辨析了民族、民族工作、城市民族工作等核心概念。之后分析了當(dāng)前內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)城市民族工作開展的現(xiàn)狀,論述了當(dāng)前內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)城市民族工作推進(jìn)中存在的問題及原因,主要包括:保障城市少數(shù)民族權(quán)益、構(gòu)建和諧民族關(guān)系、清真食品問題管理等,對原因的分析主要包括:城市民族工作思想觀念、法治建設(shè)、社會化程度等。文章最后為內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)城市民族工作的進(jìn)一步開展提出了對策建議,主要包括:法律體系建設(shè)、工作方式轉(zhuǎn)變、長效機(jī)制建設(shè)、多元主體參與、相互嵌入式社區(qū)建設(shè)等方面。
[Abstract]:China is a unified multi-ethnic country with a population of over 100 million ethnic minorities. In the practice of social reform and development, our country has always attached importance to national problems and urban ethnic work, and has continuously combined Marxist national theory with the concrete practice of our country to explore the road of urban national work with Chinese characteristics. However, with the deepening of the reform and the continuous development of the socialist market economy, the urban ethnic relations in China are gradually changing, and new characteristics and problems have emerged in the urban ethnic work. In order to promote the further development of the urban ethnic work, we must explore the reasonable way to perfect the current urban ethnic work. Based on this, taking Inner Mongolia Autonomous region as an example, using normative research and empirical research methods, this paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and reasons of urban ethnic work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. And then put forward to improve the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region city national work path choice. This paper firstly introduces the reason and research value of this topic, combs the domestic and foreign scholars' related research on this topic, and expounds the research methods, innovation points and deficiencies of the article. Supported by the theory of regional national autonomy, the theory of government function, the theory of fairness and justice, and the theory of political stability, this paper distinguishes and analyzes the core concepts of nationality, national work and urban national work. Then it analyzes the current situation of urban ethnic work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and discusses the problems and reasons in the promotion of urban ethnic work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, mainly including: to protect the rights and interests of urban minorities. In order to construct harmonious national relations and to manage halal food problems, the analysis of the causes mainly includes the ideology of urban national work, the construction of rule of law, the degree of socialization and so on. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the further development of urban ethnic work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, including the construction of legal system, the transformation of working methods, the construction of long-term mechanism, the participation of multiple subjects, and the construction of mutual embedded communities.
