【摘要】：面臨全新的傳播環(huán)境和輿論格局,政府機構(gòu)依靠以大數(shù)據(jù)為代表的新技術(shù),可以在恰當?shù)臅r間、恰當?shù)牡攸c,實現(xiàn)對目標人群的精準傳播。大數(shù)據(jù)時代,政府傳播應該創(chuàng)新傳播模式和傳播理念,通過"數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動"的智能化傳播達到暢通的信息傳播和社會互動。
