【摘要】：充分的信息是政府與市場做出科學(xué)決策的基礎(chǔ),而信息不完全不僅會(huì)導(dǎo)致市場失靈,也是政府失靈的重要致因之一。因此,信息是政府何時(shí)、何種程度引導(dǎo)和干預(yù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的決定因素之一,政府與市場信息資源的占有情況對(duì)于政府干預(yù)行為的決定具有重要影響。大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代所具有的信息聚集、處理和加工能力,以及由此衍生的統(tǒng)計(jì)、分析、預(yù)測等重要信息產(chǎn)業(yè),將對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)中政府與市場所能掌握的信息資源產(chǎn)生重大影響,進(jìn)而帶來一些新的現(xiàn)象和問題。對(duì)此,政府需要根據(jù)新變化及時(shí)做出調(diào)整和準(zhǔn)備,以更好迎接大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代帶來的信息資源沖擊。
[Abstract]:Adequate information is the basis for the government and the market to make scientific decisions, and incomplete information will not only lead to market failure, but also an important cause of government failure. Therefore, information is one of the determinants of when and to what extent the government guides and interferes with the economy, and the possession of information resources between the government and the market has an important impact on the decision of government intervention. The gathering, processing and processing of information in the era of big data, as well as the derived statistics, analysis, prediction and other important information industries, will have a significant impact on the information resources that the government and the market can master in the traditional economy. And then bring some new phenomena and problems. Therefore, the government needs to adjust and prepare in time according to the new changes in order to better meet the impact of information resources brought by the big data era.
