【摘要】：正隨著預(yù)算管理制度改革的不斷深入,部門預(yù)算管理的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了深刻變化,對項目管理也提出了進(jìn)一步要求。目前在多項目環(huán)境下,北京市事業(yè)單位項目管理仍存在一些問題,主要體現(xiàn)在:一是現(xiàn)行管理模式難以適應(yīng)多項目同步實施。多項目實施過程中在時間、人力等資源上往往存在爭奪關(guān)系或資源過載等問題,且項目管理人員較少,常常導(dǎo)致多項目并進(jìn)時項目管理部門工作重心落在采購,并非全過程管理,一旦合同簽訂
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the budget management system, the internal and external environment of the department budget management has undergone profound changes, and further requirements for project management have been put forward. At present, in the multi-project environment, there are still some problems in the project management of Beijing institutions, which are mainly reflected in: first, the current management model is difficult to adapt to the implementation of multi-project synchronization.
