【摘要】：1963年河北省中南部發(fā)生了嚴(yán)重的暴雨洪澇災(zāi)害,從中央到地方,從省內(nèi)到省外,各級(jí)黨委和政府積極行動(dòng)、全民動(dòng)員,開展了聲勢(shì)浩大的災(zāi)害救助工作,把洪澇災(zāi)害造成的損失降到最低,取得了抗洪斗爭(zhēng)的偉大勝利�；仡欬h和政府的救助舉措,總結(jié)分析災(zāi)害救助工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)當(dāng)今災(zāi)害治理與救助工作不無裨益。
[Abstract]:In 1963, a severe torrential rain and flood disaster occurred in central and southern Hebei Province. Party committees and governments at all levels, from the central to the local level and from within and outside the province, took active action to mobilize the whole people to carry out massive disaster relief work. A great victory in the fight against floods was achieved by minimizing the losses caused by the flood disaster. Reviewing the measures taken by the Party and the government and summarizing and analyzing the experiences of disaster relief are of great benefit to the disaster management and relief work today.
