【摘要】：自20世紀90年代以來,多民族國家內部的民族問題迅速成為世界各國學者關注的焦點,受國際民族主義運動的影響,我國的民族問題研究也呈現(xiàn)熱點紛呈之勢,這是民族問題存在和發(fā)展變化的反映。民族問題與社會穩(wěn)定密切相關,我國作為一個統(tǒng)一的多民族國家,特別是在我國構建和諧社會的背景下,民族地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定顯得尤為重要,其核心問題就是民族認同與國家認同的關系問題。因此,我們必須維護好少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的和諧與穩(wěn)定,努力提高少數(shù)民族的國家認同意識。本研究以民族學和社會學的相關理論為基礎,以甘肅少數(shù)民族為研究對象,采用問卷調查和個案訪談的方式搜集資料,通過對問卷調查和訪談結果的分析發(fā)現(xiàn):甘肅少數(shù)民族的國家認同感和民族認同感都比較高,兩者不是此消彼長的關系,而是和諧共生的關系。但也有部分少數(shù)民族在對當?shù)氐母刹�、國家的歷史、英雄人物在認知上存在一定的偏差。同時年齡、文化程度、宗教信仰、家庭經(jīng)濟收入、國家民族政策等因素對甘肅少數(shù)民族的國家認同有顯著影響。針對發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題與影響因素,對加強甘肅少數(shù)民族國家認同感提出了幾點思考:大力發(fā)展少數(shù)民族地區(qū)經(jīng)濟,增強少數(shù)民族國家認同的物質基礎;重視少數(shù)民族地區(qū)文化建設,以文化認同為基礎構建國家認同;加強民族地區(qū)法治建設,保障少數(shù)民族的合法權益;普及公民教育,培養(yǎng)國家意識,增強國家認同感。
[Abstract]:Since the 1990s, the internal ethnic problems in multi-ethnic countries have rapidly become the focus of attention of scholars all over the world. Under the influence of international nationalist movements, the research on ethnic issues in our country has also shown a trend of hot spots. This is a reflection of the existence, development and change of ethnic problems. Ethnic problems are closely related to social stability. As a unified multi-ethnic country, especially in the context of building a harmonious society in our country, the stability of ethnic regions is particularly important. The core problem is the relationship between national identity and national identity. Therefore, we must maintain the harmony and stability of minority areas and strive to raise the national identity consciousness of ethnic minorities. This study is based on the theories of ethnology and sociology, takes Gansu minority as the research object, and collects the data by questionnaire and case interview. Through the analysis of questionnaire and interview results, it is found that the national identity and national identity of Gansu ethnic minorities are both relatively high, they are not the relationship of growth and decline, but the relationship of harmony and symbiosis. But there are some ethnic minorities in the local cadres, the history of the country, heroes in the perception of a certain deviation. At the same time, age, education, religious belief, family income, national policy and other factors have a significant impact on the national identity of Gansu ethnic minorities. In view of the problems found and the influencing factors, this paper puts forward some thoughts on strengthening the national identity of the minority nationalities in Gansu: vigorously developing the economy of the minority areas, strengthening the material basis of the national identity of the minority nationalities, and attaching importance to the cultural construction in the minority areas, On the basis of cultural identity, we should construct national identity; strengthen the construction of rule of law in minority areas to protect the legitimate rights and interests of ethnic minorities; popularize civic education, cultivate national consciousness, and strengthen national identity.
