【摘要】：基于兩個(gè)癌癥村與廈門PX項(xiàng)目的樣本數(shù)據(jù),揭示出環(huán)境維權(quán)存在明顯的二元形態(tài)差異,前者表現(xiàn)為生活的政治形態(tài),后者表現(xiàn)對(duì)話的政治形態(tài)。生活的政治將政治權(quán)利當(dāng)成維護(hù)自身利益的工具,價(jià)值理性淡薄,行動(dòng)邊界外溢,行動(dòng)策略較為極端,互動(dòng)協(xié)商效果較差;對(duì)話的政治雖也基于自身利益視角,但已關(guān)注到政治權(quán)利本身的價(jià)值,局中人理性控制了行動(dòng)的邊界和方式,取得較好的互動(dòng)協(xié)商結(jié)果。生態(tài)政治在中國(guó)已經(jīng)興起,但存在明顯的地域差異和環(huán)境維權(quán)的形態(tài)差異,這要求我們要致力于找尋現(xiàn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)(工業(yè)主義生產(chǎn)模式)和社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)(現(xiàn)代性下傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)的解體)引致的環(huán)境問(wèn)題(包括環(huán)境問(wèn)題引發(fā)的社會(huì)問(wèn)題)的多樣政治處方。
[Abstract]:Based on the sample data of two cancer villages and Xiamen PX project, it is revealed that there are obvious differences in binary forms of environmental rights protection, the former being the political form of life and the latter showing the political form of dialogue. The politics of life regards political rights as a tool to safeguard their own interests, with weak value rationality, overflowing boundaries of action, extreme action strategies and poor results of interactive negotiation. Although the politics of dialogue is also based on the perspective of self-interest, However, the value of political rights has been paid attention to. The people in the bureau control the boundary and mode of action rationally and obtain better interactive negotiation results. Ecological politics has emerged in China, but there are obvious regional differences and differences in the form of environmental rights. This requires us to seek the various political prescriptions for the environmental problems (including the social problems caused by the environmental problems) caused by the current economic structure (industrialist production model) and social structure (the disintegration of the traditional society under the modernity).
