【摘要】：城市管理案件量化分析是城市管理水平提升的技術支撐。針對城市管理典型案件(街面秩序、市容環(huán)境及宣傳廣告),該文提出了一種熱點探測流程和方法,并分析城市管理案件全局分布模式。針對傳統(tǒng)量化研究的權重確定未考慮研究對象空間分布的問題,該文提出了基于城管案件近鄰指數(shù)的權重確定方法,并以此為基礎開展城管案件的全局分布模式研究。實驗結果表明:3種典型城市管理案件呈顯著的聚集分布,并且熱點區(qū)域符合實驗區(qū)的實證考察;近鄰指數(shù)作為權重指標具有客觀性、計算高效性,合理反映了城管案件的空間分布。
[Abstract]:The quantitative analysis of urban management cases is the technical support to improve the level of urban management. Aiming at the typical cases of urban management (street order, appearance environment and advertising), this paper presents a hot spot detection process and method, and analyzes the global distribution model of urban management cases. Aiming at the problem that the weight of the traditional quantitative research does not consider the spatial distribution of the research object, this paper puts forward a method of determining the weight based on the nearest neighbor index of the urban management case, and carries out the research on the global distribution model of the urban management case based on this method. The experimental results show that the three typical urban management cases are significantly clustered, and the hot spots are consistent with the empirical investigation in the experimental area, and the nearest neighbor index is objective and efficient as a weight index. It reflects the spatial distribution of urban management cases.
