【摘要】:城市是一個(gè)有組織高效率的主體,伴隨著城市化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,使得人口、資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)等朝著密集化演變,在這個(gè)過(guò)程中,也使得我們的城市在應(yīng)對(duì)突然其來(lái)的自然災(zāi)害、各種事故災(zāi)害、公共衛(wèi)生事件、社會(huì)安全事件及其彼此衍生和耦合的事件時(shí)變成了一個(gè)脆弱的主體,經(jīng)常造成非常嚴(yán)重的損失。而數(shù)據(jù)是災(zāi)害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估研究的前沿領(lǐng)域,準(zhǔn)確全面的數(shù)據(jù)信息是提高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估結(jié)果可靠性的重要指標(biāo),為此,研究集成海量城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)的技術(shù)與管理方法是非常有意義的事情。本論文研究?jī)?nèi)容是“十二五”科技支撐計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目“城市脆弱性分析與綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估技術(shù)與系統(tǒng)研發(fā)”的子課題中研究?jī)?nèi)容之一。本文在深入透徹分析了構(gòu)建城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)庫(kù)在數(shù)據(jù)方面需求的基礎(chǔ)上,采用先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)理念和技術(shù),完成了基于空間數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)思路的城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的總體框架設(shè)計(jì)與數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)邏輯設(shè)計(jì)工作,提出了構(gòu)建具有匯集庫(kù)、綜合庫(kù)、歷史庫(kù)和研究庫(kù)的城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)思路,最終完成了城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的構(gòu)建工作?紤]到城市的動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)展與變化性,為了能夠更好的對(duì)城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)庫(kù)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)更新與管理,本文結(jié)合多源空間數(shù)據(jù)集成技術(shù)、空間數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)技術(shù)、基于產(chǎn)生式規(guī)則庫(kù)的自動(dòng)處理技術(shù)、矢量數(shù)據(jù)增量更新技術(shù)、歷史數(shù)據(jù)歸檔技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化數(shù)據(jù)匯集處理與采編手段,采用面向?qū)ο缶幊碳夹g(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)了具有數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入、數(shù)據(jù)編輯、自動(dòng)檢查、數(shù)據(jù)同步、數(shù)據(jù)采集、匯總輸出、歷史數(shù)據(jù)管理和系統(tǒng)管理功能的城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)集成與管理系統(tǒng),能夠?qū)Λ@取到的多源異構(gòu)的城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估綜合數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行清洗、組織與管理等工作。最后,在城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估系統(tǒng)研發(fā)基礎(chǔ)上,本研究結(jié)合城市基礎(chǔ)地理數(shù)據(jù)資源及相關(guān)專(zhuān)題數(shù)據(jù)資源現(xiàn)狀,選擇北京市海淀區(qū)作為典型城市,將現(xiàn)有海淀區(qū)各類(lèi)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集,并通過(guò)研發(fā)的系統(tǒng)軟件將數(shù)據(jù)成果按照規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)匯集清洗、質(zhì)量檢查與同步管理。最終,通過(guò)研究,本論文得到了以下成果:(1)首次提出了構(gòu)建城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估綜合數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的理念,同時(shí)基于空間數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)思路,完成了城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)的設(shè)計(jì)與構(gòu)建工作。(2)設(shè)計(jì)了城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的更新策略,研究了一套集成管理城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)的方法。(3)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)了城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)集成管理系統(tǒng)軟件。本研究成果為最終進(jìn)行城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算與模型分析軟件的建立奠定了數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ),為進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行城市綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估研究奠定了數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The city is an organized and efficient main body, along with the development of urbanization, the population, resources, economy and so on to the densification evolution, in this process, also makes our city in response to sudden natural disasters. All kinds of accidents, public health events, social security events and their mutual derivative and coupling events become a vulnerable subject, often causing very serious losses. Data is the frontier field of disaster risk assessment. Accurate and comprehensive data information is an important index to improve the reliability of risk assessment results. It is very meaningful to study the technology and management method of integrating massive urban comprehensive risk assessment data. The research content of this thesis is one of the sub-topics of "Urban vulnerability Analysis and Comprehensive risk Assessment Technology and system R & D" in the 12th Five-Year Plan of Science and Technology support Project. Based on the thorough analysis of the data requirements of constructing the urban comprehensive risk database, this paper adopts advanced design concepts and techniques. The overall framework design and database logic design of urban comprehensive risk assessment database based on spatial data warehouse are completed. The design idea of urban comprehensive risk database based on history database and research database, and finally the construction of urban comprehensive risk assessment database is completed. Considering the dynamic development and variation of the city, in order to better update and manage the city comprehensive risk database, this paper combines multi-source spatial data integration technology, spatial data warehouse technology, Based on automatic processing technology of production rule base, incremental updating technology of vector data, archiving technology of historical data, collecting, processing and collecting and compiling of networked data, the technology of object oriented programming is used to develop data importing, data editing, and so on. Automatic check, data synchronization, data acquisition, aggregate output, historical data management and system management functions of integrated risk data integration and management system, It can clean, organize and manage the comprehensive data of multi-source and heterogeneous urban comprehensive risk assessment. Finally, based on the research and development of urban comprehensive risk assessment system, this study combines the status of urban basic geographic data resources and related thematic data resources, selects Haidian District of Beijing as a typical city, and collects all kinds of existing data in Haidian District. Data collection and cleaning, quality inspection and synchronous management are carried out according to the specification through the developed system software. Finally, through the research, this paper has obtained the following results: 1) for the first time proposed the idea of constructing the comprehensive database of urban comprehensive risk assessment, at the same time, based on the idea of spatial data warehouse, The design and construction of urban comprehensive risk assessment data is completed. The updating strategy of urban comprehensive risk assessment database is designed. A method of integrated management of urban comprehensive risk assessment data is studied. The software of integrated management system of urban comprehensive risk assessment data is designed and developed. The results of this study lay a data foundation for the final calculation of urban comprehensive risk assessment data and the establishment of model analysis software, and for the further study of urban comprehensive risk assessment.
