【摘要】：政治是對人們之間沖突的解決。一個理想的社會是不存在沖突的社會,但當(dāng)沖突不可避免時,政治文明的進(jìn)步就表現(xiàn)為不斷尋求更公平的沖突解決方式。在現(xiàn)代條件下,這就表現(xiàn)為建立和完善集體決策的政治與協(xié)議的政治。同時,雖然在某些時候我們的行動可以不考慮公平的要求,但這些行動必須以將我們與沖突者的關(guān)系重新納入公平框架之中為目的。公平意味著沖突中的各方不能自行充當(dāng)其他人的裁決者,而必須讓制度來裁決他們間的沖突,集體決策的政治與協(xié)議的政治就是建立這種制度的兩種方式。
[Abstract]:Politics is the resolution of conflicts between people. An ideal society is one in which there is no conflict, but when conflict is inevitable, the progress of political civilization manifests itself in the constant search for fairer solutions to conflicts. Under modern conditions, this is manifested in establishing and perfecting the politics of collective decision-making and the politics of agreement. At the same time, while at some point our actions may not take into account the demands of equity, they must aim to reintegrate our relationship with those in conflict into an equitable framework. Fairness means that the parties to a conflict cannot act as adjudicators of others, but must let the system decide the conflict between them. The politics of collective decision-making and the politics of agreement are the two ways to establish such a system.
