【摘要】：十八大后,新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)高度重視宗教工作。習近平同志指出,宗教問題始終是我們黨治國理政必須處理好的重大問題,宗教工作在黨和國家工作全局中具有特殊重要性,關(guān)系中國特色社會主義事業(yè)發(fā)展,關(guān)系黨同人民群眾的血肉聯(lián)系,關(guān)系社會和諧、民族團結(jié),關(guān)系國家安全和祖國統(tǒng)一。處理我國宗教問題,必須牢牢把握堅持黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、鞏固黨的執(zhí)政地位、強化黨的執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)這個根本,必須堅持政教分離,堅持宗教不得干預(yù)行政、司法、教育等國家職能實施,堅持政府依法對涉及國家利益和社會公共利益的宗教事務(wù)進行管理。在這個背景下,正確把握我國宗教生態(tài)的發(fā)展趨勢,分析不同宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)下宗教對于我國基層社會治理環(huán)境帶來的影響和沖擊,對于完善我國宗教管理工作,引導(dǎo)宗教發(fā)展與社會主義社會相適應(yīng),激發(fā)宗教正能量,具有積極意義。本文基于宗教生態(tài)理論、社會治理理論和宗教市場理論,采用案例分析法和對比分析法的方式,通過對不同宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)下地區(qū)案例的對比分析,深入挖掘不同宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)所帶來的影響,認為在宗教組織在不同的宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)下,其行為選擇有著顯著差異,進而對政府治理、宗教生態(tài)、社會系統(tǒng)和文化產(chǎn)生直接的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文提出“構(gòu)建和諧的政教關(guān)系”、“引導(dǎo)外來宗教走本土化道路”,“有序開放、發(fā)展中國傳統(tǒng)宗教”以及“警惕極端宗教勢力的發(fā)展”的應(yīng)策建議,以應(yīng)對不同宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)對社會治理環(huán)境的影響和沖擊。借助典型案例分析和對比分析,本文得出的主要結(jié)論為:(1)在一教獨大的宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)下,獨大型宗教表現(xiàn)較為強勢,對政府管理的服從度不高,在一定程度上會對該地區(qū)的政府治理、其他宗教組織、社會、文化等造成消極影響;(2)在兩教并立的宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)下,并立型宗教的表現(xiàn)相對較為溫和,較為服從政府的管理,但是宗教間的競爭更為激勵,管理不當?shù)那闆r下容易演化為宗教沖突,因此也是社會和諧的不穩(wěn)定因素;(3)在多教并存的宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)下,并存型宗教對政府管理的服從度最高,同時不同宗教間關(guān)系和睦融洽,是較為和諧的宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu),有利于社會的和諧與穩(wěn)定。本文的創(chuàng)新點主要有:(1)方法創(chuàng)新。本文采用了理論研究與案例實證分析相結(jié)合的方法,選取具有代表性的典型案例,把宗教學、政治學、社會學、經(jīng)濟學的基本理論運用在宗教生態(tài)對于社會治理環(huán)境影響的研究中,此研究方法在宗教研究中較為少見;(2)觀點創(chuàng)新。學術(shù)界對宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、社會治理這兩個學術(shù)熱點有較為深入的研究,但是對于探究兩者之間互動關(guān)系的研究相對較少,更少有結(jié)論性的觀點。本文正是基于這學術(shù)一空白,深入探究不同宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)對于社會治理環(huán)境的影響,并在本文中提出結(jié)論性的觀點,即:宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)對于社會治理環(huán)境有著直接的影響;某一地區(qū)內(nèi)的宗教獨大,則會對該地區(qū)的政治、文化和其他小宗教造成擠壓,反之亦反。(3)內(nèi)容創(chuàng)新。本文以三個典型案例為切入點(分別為“一教獨大”、“二教并立”、“多教并存”的典型案例),通過對三個案例的深入剖析,對比分析不同的宗教生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)如何影響到社會治理環(huán)境,這在相關(guān)的學術(shù)研究中較為少見,也是本文的創(chuàng)新點之一。
[Abstract]:After the eighteen major, the new central leadership attaches great importance to the work of religion. Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that the issue of religion has always been a major problem that our party must deal with. The work of religion is of special importance in the overall work of the party and the state. It is related to the development of the cause of the Chinese characteristic society and the blood and flesh union of the party and the people. We must firmly grasp the leadership of the party, consolidate the ruling position of the party and strengthen the party's ruling foundation, and insist on the separation of politics and education, and insist that religion should not intervene in the administration, judicature, education and other state functions, and adhere to the government. In accordance with the law, the religious affairs involving the interests of the state and the social and public interests are managed. Under this background, we should correctly grasp the trend of the development of our religious ecology and analyze the impact and impact of religion on the grass-roots social governance environment in China under different religious ecological structures, and to improve our religious management and guide the development of religion. This article is based on the theory of religious ecology, the theory of social governance and the theory of religious market, using the method of case analysis and comparative analysis, through the analysis of the cases in different religious ecological structures, and deeply excavating the different religious ecological structures. On the basis of the influence of religious organizations in different religious ecological structures, the choice of their behavior has a significant difference, which has a direct impact on government governance, religious ecology, social system and culture. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward "building a harmonious relationship between religion and religion" and "guiding the local religion to take the road of localization". The suggestions of developing Chinese traditional religion and vigilant on the development of extreme religious forces are proposed to deal with the impact and impact of different religious ecological structures on the social governance environment. With the help of typical case analysis and comparative analysis, the main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) under a single religious ecological structure, the single large religion shows more performance. In order to be strong, the degree of obedience to government management is not high, to a certain extent, it will have negative effects on government governance, other religious organizations, society, culture and so on. (2) under the ecological structure of two religions, the performance of parallel religions is relatively mild and more obedient to the administration of the government, but the competition among religions is more motivated. Under the circumstances of improper management, it is easy to evolve into religious conflict, so it is also an unstable factor of social harmony. (3) under the coexistence of religious ecological structure of multi religion, the coexistence religion has the highest obedience to government management, and the relationship of different religions is harmonious. It is a more harmonious and harmonious ecological structure, which is beneficial to the harmony and stability of the society. The main innovations of this paper are: (1) method innovation. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research and case study, selects typical typical cases, and applies the basic theories of religion, politics, sociology and economics to the study of the influence of religious ecology to the social governance environment. This research method is in religion research. It is relatively rare; (2) innovation of views. The academic circles have more in-depth research on the two academic hotspots of religious ecological structure and social governance, but the research on the interaction between the two is relatively less and less conclusive. This paper is based on this academic gap and deeply explores the social structure of different religions to society. In this article, we put forward a conclusive view that religious ecological structure has a direct impact on the environment of social governance; religious independence in a certain area will squeeze the region's politics, culture and other small religions. (3) content innovation. This article takes three typical cases as a breakthrough point. As a typical case of "one education alone", "two religions parallel" and "coexistence of multiple religions", through a thorough analysis of the three cases, this paper compares and analyzes how different religious ecological structures affect the social governance environment, which is rare in the relevant academic research and is one of the innovation points of this article.
