【摘要】：雄安新區(qū)打造一支高素質(zhì)、專業(yè)化的公務員隊伍需要創(chuàng)新公務員管理制度。人才優(yōu)先,多軌并行吸納人才;建立崗位管理制度,進行職位制改革;強化職級晉升激勵,進行晉升制度改革;推行聘任制增加用人制度彈性;以家庭為中心建立福利保障制度。通過這一套科學化、彈性化、人性化的制度并有效運行,從而實現(xiàn)選錄、激勵、留住最合適的人扎根雄安新區(qū)工作。
[Abstract]:Xiong an New District to create a high-quality, professional civil servants need to innovate the civil service management system.
